About the role In this role, you will work with system development within 5G RAN, focusing on developing, analyzing and improving the performance of baseband-related functionality. The work may include areas such as radio resource management, scheduling, link adaptation, time-critical communication, antenna control and optimization of 5G network performance. You will work closely with development, design and test teams and be involved throughout the development chain, from early ideas, analysis and specification to implementation, verification and deployment of new features.
