About the Role
As a Product Manager at VISIT, you will own the strategy, development, and success of one of our SaaS products within the broader

About the Role As a Solution Specialist – Onboarding & Customer Support, you are a key point of contact for hotel and lodging customers using BookVisit. You ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and supported effectively, helping them realize value quickly and continuously. The role sits at the intersection of onboarding, support, and cross-functional collaboration, with direct impact on customer satisfaction and long-term success. What You Will Do * Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and structured implementation of BookVisit * Configure the platform to align with each client’s operational needs and workflows * Deliver onboarding sessions and training that enable confident and effective platform usage * Own customer support interactions across phone, email, and digital meetings, providing timely and high-quality assistance * Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to BookVisit, PMS integrations, and connected third-party tools, escalating complex cases when needed * Document and track support cases accurately in CRM and ticketing systems to ensure traceability and resolution * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enable seamless handovers and continuous service improvement Who You Are * 1–3 years of experience in a customer support, onboarding, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS or the hospitality industry * Solid understanding of hotel and lodging operations, including booking, front desk, and guest service workflows * Comfortable working in SaaS environments, with the ability to troubleshoot cloud-based software and technical issues * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a minimum B1 proficiency level, as well as proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language * Service-minded and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach * Experience with property management systems (PMS), booking engines, channel managers, or similar hospitality technology is an advantage Why VISIT? About the Role As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in our Platform team, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of the systems powering the tourism industry. You will apply software engineering principles to solve complex operational challenges and drive automation and proactive improvements across our platform. What You Will Do • Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to improve system reliability and performance • Design and maintain observability solutions across metrics, logs, and traces to provide actionable insights • Contribute to the incident response processes and facilitate blameless post-mortems to drive continuous improvement • Automate operational tasks such as deployments, rollbacks, and recovery to reduce manual effort and toil • Collaborate with Platform Engineers to embed reliability and observability • Review system architectures, identify failure modes, and contribute to a reliability-first technical strategy Who You Are • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related software/systems engineering role • Strong software engineering background with the ability to solve operational challenges through code • Deep understanding of reliability principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction • Hands-on experience with cloud environments and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes • Proven experience designing and implementing observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, Application Insights) • Experience in incident management and a commitment to a blameless, learning-focused culture, with a proactive and data-driven mindset • English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role Why VISIT? At SumUp, our mission with the Lending product is to empower merchants worldwide by providing loans that help their businesses thrive. To support that mission, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Lending tribe, embedded in the Servicing squad - the team at the heart of how users repay their Cash Advances. In this role, you will own the day-to-day of the Servicing squad, working hands-on with software engineers, Product Managers, and business and operations stakeholders to drive the squad forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the Lending tribe to shape priorities and balance a dynamic backlog across regulatory, operational, and user-facing work. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and translate needs into clear product requirements for the squad. * Contribute to the tribe product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall goals. * Manage aspects of the end-to-end product lifecycle, making prioritisation decisions, while leading team rituals. * Document and communicate product initiatives to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared understanding across engineering, business, and operations teams. * Monitor and analyse product performance using data and analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and iterating on existing features.
