Som Project Manager kommer du att ansvara för att driva, leda och hantera aktuella projekt på ett sätt som möter kundens krav och behov och som är ekonomiskt gynnsamt. Du kommer att ha fullt ansvar för projektets budget, försäljningsmål och resursplanering. Det kommer även att vara ditt ansvar att genomföra möjlighets- och riskanalyser samt följa upp projektet för att vidta korrigerande åtgärder vid behov. I rollen ingår också att representera projektet och dess intressen gentemot både kunder och leverantörer, samt att förhandla om förändringar och krav med dessa intressenter. Du kommer även att arbeta med kundanskaffningsprojekt och aktiviteter kopplade till att vinna nya affärer. Tjänsten innebär ett nära samarbete med projektteamet där du ansvarar för att kommunicera, koordinera och fördela arbetsuppgifter mellan teamets medlemmar.
Tjänsten är en resident roll, och innebär att du kommer vara anställd av AUMOVIO men huvudsakligen arbeta ute på plats, hos en av de kunder som AUMOVIO jobbar med.

Du har en naturlig förmåga att "läsa mellan raderna" och kan anpassa ditt agerande för att skapa förtroende och förståelse hos kunden. Som person är du initiativrik och föredrar en aktiv roll. Du är trygg i att arbeta självständigt och trivs i en beslutsfattande roll. Det är viktigt att du kan leda och organisera ditt team på ett effektivt sätt.
Vi letar efter dig som är en problemlösare ut i fingerspetsarna och som lockas av att arbeta i en miljö med högt tempo. Eftersom rollen innebär att du är länken mellan AUMOVIO och våra kunder är det avgörande att du har en djup förståelse för olika arbetskulturer och hur man kommunicerar effektivt i dessa miljöer.
Civilingenjörs-, högskoleingenjörs-examen inom teknik, naturvetenskap, industriell ekonomi eller jämförbart område.
Mer än 5 års erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin, konsumentelektronikbranschen eller närliggande teknikintensiva branscher, i olika roller och funktioner.
Arbetat med projektledning eller annat liknande i en internationell miljö.
God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Affärsorienterad person med erfarenhet av kundnära och relationsbyggande arbete.
Erfarenhet som projektledare i minst ett avslutat projekt.
Entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt med förmåga att skapa resultat genom initiativtagande, lagarbete, beslutsamhet och god problemlösningsförmåga.
Erfarenhet av ett agilt arbetssätt.

About the role As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that project documentation is created, distributed, reviewed, and approved according to both our own and client requirements. You will support projects throughout all phases, including engineering, design, construction, production, testing, commissioning, and handover. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain assigned program(s) to ensure documentation is filed appropriately and deadlines are being kept. What we're looking for Relevant Master’s degree in Engineering for example; MSc Energy Systems, MSc Mobility Engineering (Automotive Engineering), MSc Systems, Control and Mechatronics, MSc Sustainable Electric Power Engineering and Electromobility Strong Microsoft skills, Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage. Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented.
