Vi söker nu en driven och självständig mekanikkonstruktör till ett innovativt techbolag i Göteborg. Det här är en långsiktig möjlighet på heltid där du blir en nyckelperson i ett litet, tight team och får arbeta med mekanik på en riktigt hög teknisk nivå.
Vår kund är ett svenskt deep tech-bolag som utvecklar storskaliga maskinsystem för industriell tillverkning. Eftersom systemen verkar under extremt högvakuum och mycket höga temperaturer ställs extremt höga krav på de mekaniska och termiska lösningarna.
Som mekanikkonstruktör kliver du in i en bred roll i ett tvärfunktionellt R&D-team bestående av elutvecklare, PLC-utvecklare och konstruktörer. Du kommer att leda utvecklingen av framtida maskinsystem, vilket just nu innebär ett stort och viktigt grundarbete med att bygga upp nästa generations maskinvariant. Du tar lösningarna hela vägen från koncept och praktiska prototyper i huset, till färdig produktion hos en extern partner.
Vi söker en självgående och prestigelös mekanist med skinn på näsan som trivs med det höga tempot och de breda rollerna i en scale-up-miljö. Du är en person med starkt självledarskap som kan ta ett luddigt beskrivet problem, spåna fram ett designförslag och driva ditt eget projekt framåt. I den här rollen kan du inte vara en perfektionist som fastnar i detaljer, utan du är en nyfiken problemlösare som fokuserar på helheten och på att få saker gjorda i praktiken.
I den här breda rollen varvar du ren 3D-modellering och detaljerat 2D-ritande i Creo Parametric med avancerade beräkningar och simuleringar (FEA) för att säkerställa strukturell och termisk hållfasthet i maskinen. Du ansvarar för att hantera din konstruktionsdata och driva ändringsprocesser i Windchill PDM. Arbetet innebär också att översätta produktkrav till tekniska specifikationer, göra riskbedömningar och samarbeta tätt med kollegor inom el, mjukvara och process. Eftersom serietillverkningen sker hos en partner i Sverige kan enstaka resor i tjänsten förekomma.
Vi söker dig som
Har relevant ingenjörsutbildning (BSc/MSc) inom maskinteknik eller liknande.
Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av mekanikkonstruktion, med användning av Creo Parametric och Windchill
Har erfarenhet av stora, komplexa sammanställningar och stark kompetens inom form- och lägestoleranser
Har vana av att ta mekanisk design från konceptstadium till färdig produktion.
Har ett stort självledarskap med förmåga att självständigt strukturera ditt arbete, lösa luddiga problem och argumentera för dina tekniska idéer.
Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska

About the Role We are looking for an experienced HIL Development Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) architecture, development, modelling, integration, and system-level debugging. This role is focused on developing and maintaining advanced HIL environments used for vehicle system validation. We are looking for engineers who have experience building and improving HIL test systems – not only executing tests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real-time simulation, ECU integration, automotive communication, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems. You will work closely with development, verification, and integration teams to secure robust test environments and support the validation of future vehicle technologies. Key Responsibilities HIL Development & Integration (Mandatory) Design, develop, commission, and maintain HIL test rigs and environments. Integrate ECUs, I/O systems, communication interfaces, sensors, and actuators into HIL platforms. Configure and set up HIL systems using platforms such as: dSPACE Vector ETAS National Instruments (NI) Speedgoat Develop real-time test environments for vehicle subsystems and complete vehicle validation. Define and optimize HIL architecture, signal flow, and interface management. Support continuous improvement of HIL setups and validation processes.
