Job Description
At least 5 year of experience in IT recruitment
Deep understanding of the IT industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and roles.
Strong networking abilities and a successful track record of sourcing high-quality candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Experience in conducting and coordinating recruitment processes independently
Openness and creative approach to recruitment activities
Self-reliance and good organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of data-driven recruitment concept is a plus
Experience in working in an international environment will be a plus
Knowledge of other EU IT Markets will be a plus
Job Responsibilities
Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals) to source and identify qualified IT professionals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and advise on hiring strategies.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by creating compelling job postings and participating in industry events, career fairs, and online campaigns.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active IT candidates for current and future roles.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for an automotive company in Gothenburg. Start is June 1st, 1 year limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that, potential to transition into a permanent role. This role is mainly office-based in Gothenburg with possibility to work remotely when needed. Assignment description We are looking for a HRBP to our client to provide expert HR support and guidance. A key requirement is strong experience in coaching and leadership development. The consultant will support the design, implementation, and delivery of a coaching program as an HR-led initiative, helping to strengthen leadership capability and embed a coaching culture across the organization. There is potential for the assignment to transition into a permanent position. The role: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enabling a high-performing and engaged workforce. The role partners closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational performance, capability building, and employee development. The HRBP supports ongoing development and transformation by working closely with leaders and employees to implement initiatives in a structured, transparent, and people-centric way. Description of the assignment As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll partner with one or more business units and work side-by side with leaders and management teams to deliver proactive, high-impact HR support. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps leaders make great people decisions — balancing business needs, employee experience, and compliance. This is a role for someone who’s confident in the full HRBP toolbox: salary reviews, performance management, employee relations, union negotiations, and everything in between. The role will be also owning some HR topics such as compensation and benefit process, HR controlling, as we are an agile team.
