I rollen som Solution Manager Telematic kommer du att ansvara för att driva lösningar, definiera lösningens vision, samordna team och säkerställa att strategin leder till ett högkvalitativt resultat. En viktig del av rollen är att identifiera, förstå och omsätta kundens behov till tydliga, genomförbara tekniska lösningar som skapar värde för kunden. Du ansvarar för kommunikationen med kunden, förmedlar lösningens vision, ger löpande information och säkerställer en nära samordning mellan kunden och utvecklingsteamen.
I rollen har du det övergripande ansvaret för Solution Backlog, där du kontinuerligt prioriterar, förfinar och säkerställer att backloggen är uppdaterad och i linje med lösningens mål. Du ansvarar även för planeringen av releaser och den övergripande leveransplaneringen för att säkerställa effektiva leveranser enligt överenskommen strategi och tidsplan.
Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med utvecklingsteam och andra intressenter, där du samordnar arbetet, hanterar beroenden mellan team och skapar förutsättningar för effektiva och kvalitativa leveranser. Du ansvarar även för att följa upp och utvärdera produktkvaliteten, identifiera förbättringsområden och säkerställa en kontinuerlig utveckling av lösningen.
Tjänsten är en resident roll, och innebär att du kommer vara anställd av AUMOVIO men huvudsakligen arbeta ute på plats, hos en av de kunder som AUMOVIO jobbar med.
För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du kan samarbeta bra i team med dina kollegor, men även att du kan samordna väl med kunderna. Du är adaptiv, flexibel och kan anpassa ditt arbetssätt utefter föränderliga behov och krav. Som person är du villig att göra det lilla extra för att lyckas. Du har en naturlig fallenhet för att lyssna in och identifiera kundens behov, och du motiveras av att omsätta dessa till konkreta, genomförbara lösningar inom komplexa system.
Universitetsexamen som ingenjör inom datateknik, telekommunikation, elektroteknik eller annat jämförbart område.
Gärna 6-8 års erfarenhet av att utveckla komplexa system.
Bra förståelse av arkitekturen för mjukvara.
Har jobbat mycket med att utveckla lösningar från start till slut, och hantera högvärdiga tekniska relationer.
Erfarenhet av realtidssystem och inbyggda Linux-miljöer.
Kan definiera korrekta och effektiva API:er, och bygga stadiga grunder för komplexa inbyggda system.
Lär dig snabbt och är bekväm med att testa nya arbetssätt och tekniker.
Bra problemlösningsförmåga.
Erfarenhet av att jobba med kunder.
Erfarenhet av SOA (service-oriented architecture) som tillämpas i inbyggda miljöer.
Bra kommunikativ- och konsultativ förmåga.
Tidigare erfarenhet av telekommunikation inom fordonsindustrin generellt.
Erfarenhet av HPC (high performance computing).

As we move from commercialisation into industrial scale-up, we are seeking an experienced Automation Process Engineering Manager to lead the development of automated, scalable and high-performance manufacturing operations. The Role You will lead the transition from pilot-scale manufacturing to stable, high-volume production. Working closely with R&D, Production and Quality, you will develop the processes, automation systems and manufacturing capabilities required to support rapid growth while ensuring operational excellence and product quality. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing scale-up from pilot production to mass production. Design and implement automated manufacturing processes and workflows. Develop robust process architectures ensuring efficiency, stability and repeatability. Define automation requirements and manage equipment selection and integration.
