DFDS Logistics Services AB är ett åkeriföretag inom DFDS med verksamhet i Göteborg och Karlshamn. Den största delen av verksamheten finns i Göteborg, där vi fokuserar på fordonslogistik – både inkommande och utgående flöden. I Göteborg har vi cirka 160 lastbilar och omkring 300 förare. Under de senaste åren har verksamheten i Göteborg vuxit genom företagsförvärv, och vi befinner oss nu i en fas där fokus ligger på att konsolidera verksamheten genom standardisering och digitalisering.
Som Traffic Manager driver och utvecklar du verksamheten mot högt uppsatta mål och KPI:er. Du är ansvarig för den operativa verksamheten genom trafikplanerare med KPI och DCP-verktyg som stöd. Du säkerställer en tät uppföljning avseende produktivitet, kvalitet och ekonomi samt effektivt resursnyttjande. Verksamheten planeras på kort och lång sikt och ständiga förbättringar speglar din vardag. Som ledare coachar du ditt team och supporterande funktioner på ett synligt, tydligt och förtroendeingivande sätt. Du rapporterar till General Manager samt är en del av ledningsgruppen i DFDS Logistics Services AB.

Assessing commercial, legal, financial and contractual risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and conditions with customers. During contract execution, you will support project execution teams by: Supporting effective commercial and contractual management of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle. Monitoring contractual milestones, deliverables and obligations across a portfolio of customer contracts. Providing guidance on contractual interpretation and compliance of customer contracts. Supporting the resolution of commercial and contractual issues, including delays, customer concerns and claims. Managing contract amendments, variations and change requests across multiple customer contracts. Building trusted relationships with customers to support constructive commercial discussions, successful negotiations and mutually beneficial outcomes throughout the contract lifecycle. Developing and maintaining commercial and contractual templates, guidance and best practices to support consistent and effective contract management across the business. We are recruiting for two positions, each of which can be located in either: Gothenburg (SWE), Växjö (SWE), or Apeldoorn (NL). Your Profile You are a commercially minded professional who combines strong analytical skills with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, balancing commercial objectives with customer relationships, and navigating complex contractual environments. Required experience: Experience in commercial management, contract management or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements with customers. Strong understanding of contract principles and commercial risk management. Experience supporting tender, proposals and contract execution. Financial acumen, including pricing, profitability and business case analysis. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. The ability to interpret complex contractual and commercial issues and provide practical advice. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail. Fluent in English, written and spoken, and very good understanding of international cultural considerations. Experience working in complex engineering, technology, infrastructure, defence, aerospace or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded. In this role, you will drive technical strategy, build a high-performing team, and shape the evolution of our platform as Adyen continues to scale globally. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead and grow a high-performing infrastructure team: Manage platform and infrastructure engineers across all levels, owning day-to-day operations, planning, and hiring in Bengaluru and in coordination with other tech hubs. * Bring structure and process to execution: Introduce and refine operational processes that improve incident response, change management, and predictable delivery for mission-critical infrastructure. * Foster a culture of technical excellence: Drive globally optimized technical decisions with a focus on automation, partnering with other leads to evolve container orchestration, traffic management, and infrastructure tooling. * Scale for massive growth: Guide the team through platform modernization, multi-region resilience, and architectural evolution while owning the operational realities of bare-metal infrastructure and datacenter dependencies. * Integrate platform best practices: Ensure reliability, security, and observability are embedded into how teams consume infrastructure offering a "golden path" for engineers to deploy and operate services. WHO YOU ARE * Experienced engineering leader: Proven track record managing and growing high-performing teams in platform, infrastructure, or SRE domains. 8+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles. * Infrastructure domain expertise: Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes), traffic management (load balancers, DNS), and on-prem/bare-metal operations. Hands-on experience running large-scale, highly available production infrastructure. * Technical leader with a strong engineering perspective: You shape technical direction, improve reliability and performance, and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable with a focus on automation. * Hands-on when needed: While this is a management role, you're comfortable in technical discussions to guide your team and ensure sound decisions, and can partner across infrastructure and development teams to diagnose and resolve issues when needed. * Nice to have: Prior experience in FinTech or regulated industries where reliability and security are paramount. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and building automation for provisioning and lifecycle management.
