DEINE AUFGABEN * Du verantwortest die vorbereitende Finanzbuchhaltung und stellst sicher, dass alle Belege und Geschäftsvorfälle strukturiert, geprüft und sauber aufbereitet sind * Du überwachst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, pflegst offene-Posten-Listen und führst regelmäßige Kontenabstimmungen durch * Du wirkst aktiv bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und sorgst gemeinsam mit der Steuerberatung für eine korrekte und termingerechte Umsetzung * Du erstellst Reports, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Analysen für den Head of Finance * Du optimierst unsere Systeme und Schnittstellen (z.
