WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Branding Executive to support internal and external marketing initiatives, employee engagement programs, social media management, content creation, branding activities, and event marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, video editing, content development, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Marketing & Employee Engagement * Plan and execute internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. * Create and maintain design templates, marketing assets, and best-practice documentation. Social Media & Content Marketing * Create, publish, and manage content across social media platforms. * Develop engaging written, visual, and video content aligned with brand objectives. * Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative content ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. * Drive initiatives to improve social media reach, impressions, and engagement. WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. * Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. * Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding standards. * Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics. You will develop and maintain high-quality sighting systems, working with new product development, product life cycle, and urgent technical or quality issues.
