Now we're looking for you, our new Supervisor in Housekeeping Team!

takes pride in creating a premium guest experience!
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our department - leading a diverse team, ensuring our high standards are met and making
sure every guest feels "at home" from the moment they walk in.
About the position:
Employment type: Seasonal 90%
Start Date: September 2026
What will be your responsibilities?
Operational oversight - lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping Team
Quality control - conduct thorough daily inspections of rooms and public areas
Team leadership & training - onboard and train new staff members
- Inventory & stock management - monitor and manage the inventory of minibar storage and
linen
- Communication - facilitate communication between housekeeping staff and other
departments, such as reception and maintenance
- Guest satisfaction - monitor guest feedback related to housekeeping and take
corrective actions as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus
Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
References:
One or more professional reference letters are required as part of the application
References should be from previous employers or Managers
