On cherche les ingénieur·es pour construire ça.   Descriptif du poste   Tu rejoins notre équipe engineering, dans une culture où l’ownership est fort et où l’utilisation intelligente de l’IA est privilégiée pour shipper plus vite sans sacrifier la qualité. On ouvre un rôle d’AI Software Engineer pour travailler sur un sujet très R&D appliquée : comment observer les usages applicatifs de milliers d’employés de manière sécurisée et privacy-first, en comprenant ce qu’il se passe réellement à l’écran à chaque instant. Concrètement, tu vas exploiter, orchestrer et concevoir des briques d’IA et de software pour reconnaître des patterns d’usage (ex : “review de pull request”, “création de ticket”, “modification de contrat”) et les transformer en signaux structurés exploitables dans Beamy — sans jamais tomber dans la surveillance intrusive.   Ton rôle : prendre des problèmes produit flous, les transformer en systèmes techniques concrets, itérer et les pousser jusqu’en production en t’appuyant massivement sur l’IA pour aller vite tout en gardant la main sur l’architecture et la qualité.
