Consilium Safety Group
At Consilium Safety Group, we don’t just build technology — we create solutions that protect people, assets, and the planet. As a
global leader in fire and gas safety, we serve critical industries such as marine, energy, rolling stock, and infrastructure.
With more than 100 years of expertise, we combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge innovation to shape the future of
Safety Tech. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and operating in over 55 locations worldwide, we are a fast-growing global
organization backed by Antin Infrastructure Partners.
With strong financial support and a clear strategic vision, we are on an ambitious journey of growth and transformation, investing
in innovation, operational excellence, and talent.
Our production organization, CSSP, is evolving, and this role will be central in shaping how we work, lead, and grow in the years
ahead.
We are now looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader CSSP to strengthen our production operations.
About the Role
As Team Leader CSSP, you will have end-to-end responsibility for your production area, combining hands-on leadership with
planning, coordination, and continuous improvement. You will lead and develop your team on a daily basis while ensuring that
production plans, quality standards, and delivery targets are met.
This is a key role in an organization undergoing change. You will actively contribute to improving processes, ways of working, and
team capabilities, while supporting and driving change management initiatives. Over time, the role offers significant opportunity
to influence structure, leadership practices, and future production capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
You will lead and distribute daily work within your team, plan and follow up on production orders, and ensure that agreed
production plans are fulfilled. You are responsible for monitoring manufacturing orders, handling deviations, and communicating
risks related to delivery, quality, or capacity.
You will work closely with Production Engineering and Maintenance to secure stable operations and continuously improve methods,
flows, and efficiency. Maintaining order, cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the department is a natural part of your
leadership.
In addition, you will act as a backup for the nearest manager when needed, foster a safe and engaging work environment, and ensure
that the team has the right competence and skills to meet current and future requirements. You are expected to stop operations
when quality, safety, environmental, or work environment requirements are not met.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
You have strong planning and organizational skills, a good understanding of production flows and quality systems, and are
comfortable working with IT tools and MPS/ERP systems. Clear communication, strong social skills, and the ability to create trust
and engagement are essential for success in this role.
Who You Are
You are a natural leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You thrive in changing environments and are
comfortable driving improvement and development. You work in a structured and proactive way, are solution-oriented, and have a
genuine interest in developing both people and processes.
Why Join Consilium Safety Group?
At Consilium, you will be part of a global SafetyTech leader with a strong purpose. You will play a key role in an ongoing
transformation journey and have real influence over how production leadership is shaped going forward. You will work with
meaningful technology that protects lives and critical assets, in a company that combines performance with long-term
responsibility.
