We're looking for an experienced PLM Manager to own and administer our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring it
effectively supports engineering, integration, and business processes across the product lifecycle. This role combines technical

Engineering Change Manager - Program Management Location: On-Site / Remote / Hybrid Department: Program Management Reports To: Sr. Director of Program Management Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Engineering Change Manager to lead our Engineering Change Control Board (CCB) and oversee the end-to-end engineering change management process. This role is responsible for ensuring that all product, process, and design changes are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented — balancing engineering rigor, regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll chair change review meetings, drive cross-functional alignment, and act as the gatekeeper ensuring changes don't compromise product quality, safety, or configuration integrity.
