We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C++ skills, a curious mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems in high-pressure environments. Whether you’re optimising multithreaded code for live encoding, interfacing with video hardware, or building scalable tooling systems, you’ll be making a direct impact on how fans, players, officials, and broadcasters experience sport. What You'll Be Doing * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement components for our systems and tooling platforms * Develop and maintain desktop applications using C++, including backend and business logic as well as front-end user interface development, primarily using Qt. WHAT YOU BRING  * 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products. * Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth. * Demonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials. * Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis. * Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment. * Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration. BONUS POINTS * Direct experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies. * Background in product marketing. * Experience with cloud service providers marketplaces.
