ABOUT THE ROLE The Mobile Core team develops frameworks and tools that empower engineering teams across Twitch to build compelling mobile experiences. In this role, you will directly contribute to creating and refining core features, such as Video Playback, while architecting strategic solutions for internal developers. Twitch is evolving its mobile strategy from native-first to a hybrid approach that leverages React in WebViews alongside native iOS capabilities. You'll work on high-impact initiatives including our hybrid web-to-mobile platform, performance optimization at scale, automated testing infrastructure, and developer tooling that accelerates velocity across the organization. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Mobile Core iOS and can work from either our Seattle, Irvine, San Francisco or our New York City offices. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior TPM in the Community Health organization, you’ll be joining the team responsible for keeping users safe. You will own programs that span the range of user-facing tools like AutoMod or Shield Mode, updates to our enforcement systems and guidelines, or improvements to our content moderation tooling. We’re looking for a TPM that has a deep understanding and appreciation for complex programs with many stakeholders.
