Vi fortsätter att utveckla vår produktion och tar nu nästa steg genom att skapa en ny roll - Lead Manufacturing Engineer. Uppdraget är att driva den tekniska utvecklingen i produktionen och skapa förutsättningar för en säker, stabil och effektiv tillverkning genom ständiga förbättringar, nya arbetssätt och tekniska lösningar. Rollen innebär ett brett tekniskt ansvar och ett tydligt fokus på att omsätta idéer till resultat. Du arbetar tillsammans med produktion, kvalitet, underhåll och projektorganisationen och driver arbetet från analys och problemlösning till genomförd förändring. Du leder och samordnar det tekniska arbetet tillsammans med våra ställare och formsprutningstekniker och är ett naturligt stöd i komplexa tekniska frågor. Du rapporterar till vår Operations Director och bidrar med ett tekniskt ledarskap i den långsiktiga utvecklingen av verksamheten. Ditt uppdrag Som Lead Manufacturing Engineer ansvarar du för att utveckla och optimera våra tillverkningsprocesser. Det innebär bland annat att du: utvecklar tillverkningsprocesser med fokus på säkerhet, kvalitet, OEE, processtabilitet och kapacitetsutnyttjande identifierar och analyserar produktionsförluster samt omsätter analyser till hållbara lösningar leder investeringsprojekt, förbättringsinitiativ och industrialisering samordnar det tekniska arbetet tillsammans med ställare och formsprutningstekniker är teknisk specialist och stöd i komplexa process- och produktionsfrågor Vi tror att du har Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning och flera års erfarenhet från tillverkande industri i liknande roller. Du har arbetat med processutveckling, tekniska projekt och förbättringsarbete och är van att använda data och nyckeltal som underlag för analys och beslut. Erfarenhet av formsprutning är meriterande, men vi välkomnar givetvis även dig som har arbetat inom annan tekniskt avancerad tillverkningsindustri. Du är analytisk, lösningsorienterad och trygg i din kompetens. Du tar ansvar, bygger förtroende genom ditt sätt att samarbeta och har ett naturligt tekniskt ledarskap. Du trivs i en roll där du får driva frågor från idé till genomförande och där resultaten blir synliga i den dagliga verksamheten. About the role This is a senior, hands-on engineering role. You will take battery subsystem requirements and turn them into robust BMS hardware solutions together with system engineers, cell specialists, software engineers and manufacturing experts Your responsibilities Derive hardware requirements from battery subsystem requirements and translate them into practical design choices. Define BMS hardware architecture and functional blocks based on system architecture, requirements, standards and certification needs. Create schematics and PCB designs in OrCAD, including symbols, footprints and production-ready documentation. Define the BMS interfaces to the battery system and contribute to the optimal EE layout of the battery design. Select electronic and electrical components with the right balance of performance, safety, availability and manufacturability. Prepare manufacturing deliverables for PCBA production and support test, troubleshooting, verification and validation. Define AFE parameters, operating modes and BMS functions in close collaboration with cell experts, system engineers and software engineers. Specify the hardware–software interface together with the software team and ensure clear, structured technical documentation. The technical landscape You will work close to the product and close to the details. The role suits someone who enjoys circuit-level problem solving, knows the trade-offs in BMS hardware, and can move naturally between architecture, schematic design, PCBA realization, verification and cross-functional decision-making. What we believe you bring BSc or MSc in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in electronics/hardware development. Documented experience in hardware design for Battery Management Systems — this is essential. Strong experience in circuit and PCBA design and the confidence to work independently in complex designs. Hands-on experience with AFEs, MCUs and BMS-related hardware architectures.
