För vår kunds räkning söker vi en serviceinriktad Onsite Support-tekniker som vill bidra till en stabil och välfungerande IT-miljö. Rollen är placerad i Huskvarna/Jönköping och kräver fysisk närvaro på kontoret på heltid. Om rollen Du ger kvalificerad IT-support till användare på plats och ansvarar för klientnära IT-utrustning samt gemensamma miljöer som konferensrum. Rollen innebär bland annat att: Felsöka och lösa IT-incidenter på plats Installera och leverera datorer, telefoner och annan IT-utrustning Hantera VIP-support och prioriterade ärenden Ge support för skrivare och konferensrum Dokumentera ärenden och uppdatera kunskapsdatabasen Bidra vid större driftstörningar och säkerhetsrelaterade incidenter Säkerställa en hög kvalitet i den lokala IT-supporten Vi söker dig som har Relevant erfarenhet inom IT-support och onsite support God förmåga att felsöka klientnära IT-problem Erfarenhet av dokumentation och ärendehantering Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska B-körkort Erfarenhet från större organisationer och komplexa IT-miljöer är meriterande. A key part of your role will also be ensuring quality and stability, by troubleshooting issues, addressing performance challenges, and resolving security-related findings as they arise.  Beyond development, you will play an active role in maintaining a strong engineering foundation. This includes writing and executing automated unit and integration tests, keeping technical documentation up to date, and contributing to a smooth and reliable deployment process all the way from internal test builds to App Store releases.  You will also participate in peer code reviews, helping to maintain high standards across the codebase and ensuring consistency, readability, and long-term maintainability.    What you bring  To be successful in the role, we believe you have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and solid experience in mobile application development. You are confident in Android development, ideally with Kotlin, and have exposure to iOS development in Swift. Experience in Bluetooth enabled applications is a plus.  You enjoy working in a structured way and take pride in building robust, well-tested, and maintainable solutions. At the same time, you are pragmatic and adaptable when priorities shift or new challenges emerge.  ou are comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional environment and can communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
