Vi söker en verksamhetsnära Service Specialist med erfarenhet av IT-support som vill bidra till att skapa en hög servicenivå och en positiv användarupplevelse. I rollen arbetar du nära verksamheten och fungerar som en viktig kontaktpunkt för användare med varierande behov och frågeställningar. Du blir en del av ett mindre team där samarbete, initiativförmåga och ansvarstagande är centrala delar av vardagen. Rollen passar dig som är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att arbeta i en miljö där du får möjlighet att påverka och utveckla arbetssätt och processer.
Som Service Specialist ansvarar du för att ge användarstöd och hantera inkommande ärenden från verksamheten. Du fungerar som första kontaktpunkt för användare och arbetar aktivt för att identifiera, analysera och lösa problem på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt. Rollen innebär även att säkerställa en högkvalitativ serviceupplevelse genom tydlig kommunikation och ett kundorienterat arbetssätt. Du förväntas bidra till förbättring av interna processer och arbetssätt samt samarbeta med andra team för att hitta de bästa lösningarna för verksamheten. Eftersom teamet är litet är det viktigt att du är självgående och flexibel samt kan stötta kollegor inom flera olika områden när behov uppstår.
KvalifikationerKrav
Erfarenhet av IT first line-support eller annat serviceinriktat arbete.
Minst 2–3 års erfarenhet från service- eller kundnära roller.
Erfarenhet av ärendehanteringssystem, exempelvis ServiceNow.
Erfarenhet av arbete enligt ITIL-metodiken.
God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att bygga goda relationer med användare och kunder.
Förmåga att analysera problem och hitta kreativa lösningar.
Nyfikenhet och vilja att utvecklas och lära nytt.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Meriterande kvalifikationer
Erfarenhet från verksamhetsnära IT-supportmiljöer.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta proaktivt med förbättring av serviceprocesser.
