Din roll som Warranty Specialist
Som Warranty Specialist har du en nyckelroll i att säkerställa korrekt och effektiv hantering av garantiärenden för alla SHIFT Electric Mobilitys nordiska bolag. Rollen är i grunden operativ och innebär ett dagligt ansvar för att våra garantiärenden rapporteras korrekt, följs upp och faktureras enligt tillverkarnas krav.
Du ansvarar för hela flödet, från granskning av teknikers arbetsorder till registrering av garantiärenden, uppföljning i tillverkarnas portaler och fakturering av godkända ärenden. Du säkerställer att arbetstid, reservdelar och dokumentation är korrekt registrerade, att nödvändiga underlag som bilder, testresultat och serienummer finns bifogade samt att ärenden kompletteras vid behov.
Utöver det operativa ansvaret har du även möjlighet att bidra till utveckling och förbättring. I rollen ingår att identifiera förbättringar som minskar fel och avslag, vidareutveckla våra warranty-processer och standarder samt stötta och utbilda tekniker i korrekt rapportering och rutiner.
Följa upp pågående garantiärenden i tillverkarnas system
Hantera avslag, korrigeringar och omregistrering av ärenden
Säkerställa att alla garantiärenden skickas in inom givna tidsramar
Ta fram rapporter och beslutsunderlag till chefer och ledning
Kommunicera trender, avvikelser och återkommande problem i garantiärenden
Hålla dig uppdaterad om förändringar i garanti- och regelverk från tillverkarna

Tidigare erfarenhet av warranty-hantering, claims administration eller liknande arbete
Vana av att arbeta i olika system (ERP, WMS, warrantyportaler, Windows-miljö)
God analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt
Förmåga att kommunicera tydligt med tekniker, chefer och externa parter
Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift
Trivs i en internationell miljö och med att stötta flera länder parallellt
Erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen eller teknisk förståelse är meriterande, men inget krav.
