Cloud Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

engineers and SREs to join us on this exciting journey.

To make this a success, we’re strengthening our Cloud Engineering team responsible for modernizing our IT infrastructure and

application landscape. This includes continuously improving our internal developer platform, cloud infrastructure, ensuring

reliability, and promoting best practices in cloud security.

We are especially looking for people with experience in Platform Engineering and/or Site Reliability Engineering — but more than

anything, we’re looking for people with a growth mindset and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems. We know that not

everyone takes the same path into tech, and we welcome applications from those who are still learning, growing, or returning to

the field.

You’ll join a supportive, cross-functional team made up of highly skilled cloud engineers and site reliability engineers, a

chapter lead and a product owner. You’ll have the opportunity to help define our ways of working, contribute to strategy, and

bring ideas to life.

• Developer Experience – Creating and evolving a self-service cloud platform that makes life easier for developers (Cloud

Engineering focus).

• Container Factory – Partnering with application teams to containerize and modernize our software landscape (a mix of skills and

collaboration).

• AI-assisted engineering experience delivering and driving outputs using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or

Cursor.
