You are user-first, designing with deep empathy and a holistic understanding of user behaviour and motivation. You are curious and excited about how AI is changing the way we build products, not just as a tool you use, but as a way to work faster and smarter. As a passionate designer, you bring clarity, emotion, and a compelling narrative to every product interaction. Furthermore, we would think you can demonstrate the following: * Experience designing consumer digital products, including shipping native iOS and Android apps. * Demonstrated success designing for complex user flows within freemium, subscription, or loyalty-based products. * A strong professional portfolio showcasing UX/UI excellence and clear evidence of measurable business or engagement impact. * Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools. * Familiarity with user testing, interviews, experimentation, and A/B testing — and a track record of using what you learn to inform design iteration. * Curiosity about using AI to explore ideas, prototype faster, and evolve design systems — hands-on experience designing AI-powered user experiences is a plus.
