🌏 Mission: At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More
than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on our planet - 10% of greenhouse gas emissions to
be exact.
💻 Product: Too Good To Go operates the world's largest marketplace for surplus food, where we connect food businesses with
consumers who can buy and enjoy it at 50%+ off retail value. Alongside our app, we operate an end-to-end surplus food management
solution and influence legislation to reduce food waste.
📈 Scale: We’re growing fast: Our community of 133+ million registered users and 261.000 active partners across 20 countries has
together already saved 517+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.4 million tonnes of CO2e! We partner with some of
the industry’s biggest names, like Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, Krispy Kreme, and others, to drive social and climate impact.
⭐️ Impact: We are a certified B Corp social impact company. Too Good To Go was named in FastCompany's list of the World's Most
Innovative Companies and World Changing Ideas. We are also honoured to be included in TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies. Most
recently, we won Apple’s coveted Cultural Impact Winner.
Mystore, our web-based partner platform, is in the middle of a major shift toward self-service. We are helping stores onboard
faster, manage supply independently, and understand their performance without manual intervention.
This is a complex design challenge at real scale. We need a Senior Product Designer to own a meaningful part of this
transformation—closing the gap between where the platform is today and where we are taking it.
We design for busy store owners and employees—people managing real operational complexity who rely on tools that simply work.
That means designing experiences that reduce cognitive load, fit naturally into workflows, and make complex tasks feel obvious. We
care deeply about simplicity—not minimalism for its own sake, but clarity that scales across markets, partner types, and
operational realities.
To get there, we combine strong product thinking, systems thinking, and high craft. We work closely with product and engineering,
we actively use AI-enabled workflows for discovery—including custom prototyping setups we have built with Claude Code and Cursor.
You’ll join a small team of designers with a builders mentality that have meaningful influence across both product direction and
how we scale design within the company.

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. 40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste. We’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste. We’re growing fast: Our community of 114 million registered users and 261,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already prevented 517+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.397.000 tonnes of CO2e! Your mission With our current scale and impact on the problem of food waste, it is vitally important that we continue to create a product that consumers love and a product that brings strong and ever-increasing value to our partners. As a Senior Product Manager in our consumer product org, you will be at the heart of that. You will join a Product Organisation working closely with the product managers, data/insight analysts and product/UX designers responsible for driving product development on the complete Too Good To Go product portfolio. Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful product area within the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help shape products that deliver value for users, partners, and the business. We believe a strong fit for this role will require: (a) exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of rallying a broad range of stakeholders around a significant product or feature launch, (b) clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex multifaceted challenges into a clear product direction, and (c) ability, interest and a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one products that require first-principle problem-solving in a customer-obsessed and inventive way. You will be responsible for: * Identifying and prioritising high-impact product opportunities that improve the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help us scale our marketplace. * Defining clear product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and OKRs for your product area, balancing long-term direction with pragmatic short-term delivery. * Leading product discovery to deeply understand user needs, partner needs, business opportunities, and operational constraints. * Turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear product direction, crisp requirements, and well-structured decisions for your team and stakeholders. * Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, research, marketing, operations, customer care, and local market teams to take ideas from insight to launch and iteration. * Using data, customer research, market insight, experimentation, and stakeholder input to make product decisions and identify new opportunities. * Communicating product progress, performance, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. * Building strong alignment around product priorities, especially where decisions require balancing customer experience, marketplace dynamics, operational feasibility, and business impact. * Continuously improving how your product area operates, including rituals, decision-making, documentation, stakeholder communication, and roadmap transparency. * Contributing to the broader Product organisation by sharing learnings, raising the quality of product thinking, and helping us build better ways of working as we scale. Required qualifications We are looking for an experienced product manager who combines strong product judgment, structured thinking, customer obsession, and the ability to lead through influence. You likely have: * Multi-year experience in product management, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, platform, subscription, mobile app, or other technology-led environment. * A track record of owning meaningful product areas and delivering measurable customer, business, or marketplace impact. * Strong product strategy skills, with the ability to define a clear direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and connect product work to company goals. * Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to simplify ambiguous and multifaceted challenges into clear opportunities, decisions, and execution plans. * Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, funnels, experiments, user behaviour, customer feedback, and business KPIs. * Experience working closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers in modern product development environments. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and challenge senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. * Technical fluency, with the ability to understand technical trade-offs, collaborate effectively with engineering teams, and make pragmatic product decisions. * Customer focus, with hands-on experience using qualitative and quantitative insight to understand customer needs and improve product experiences. * A bias for action, high ownership, and the ability to create momentum in a fast-paced and changing environment. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to make complex topics simple and compelling. * A collaborative, energising working style and the ability to mobilise a team around a clear product vision. Optional qualifications * Experience working in or adjacent to marketplaces, food, retail, logistics, payments, customer experience, growth, personalisation, or platform products. * Experience working across multiple countries, languages, cultures, or market conditions. * Experience in a high-growth scale-up or similarly fast-moving technology company. * Experience with consumer mobile apps and experimentation. * MBA or other business education, though this is not required. Our values * We win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight. We believe in a #oneteam. * We raise the bar: We always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers and elevate one another. * We keep it simple: Our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple. * We build a legacy: We’re proud of the change we’re driving. * We care: We always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing. What We Have To Offer * An opportunity to work in a global social-impact company and certified B Corporation! where you can see a real and tangible impact in your role. * A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change. * The opportunity to truly drive impact within your domain towards a planet with no food waste. * The experience of being part of an international company with 1300 + enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across 20 countries (and counting) – always ready to share knowledge and support! * Strong personal as well as professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment. * An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity. * A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together. Plain is redefining customer support for the next generation of B2B companies. We’re building the fastest, most powerful platform to help companies move beyond reactive support and build true customer relationships. Some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies - like Cursor, Raycast, and Granola - trust Plain to unify all customer interactions, enable faster team collaboration, and supercharge their workflows with AI. B2B customer support is undergoing a seismic shift. AI is transforming the way companies engage with customers, shifting support from a siloed function to a company-wide effort across Slack, Discord, and any other channel you talk to customers in. The old way - slow, manual, and disconnected - no longer works. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us define the next phase of support tooling. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design at Plain is about a lot more than pushing pixels in Figma, it’s about defining what support tooling should be. You’ll own problems end to end – from talking to customers, and coming up with new ideas all the way to tweaking animation easing curves in the front end. You will: * Work on everything from early feature ideation, designing, and shipping a feature through to building and launching a landing page to announce it to the world. * Work closely with the entire team, as well as our customers – in sketches and prototypes, Figma mocks and PRs on Github. You’ll get into the weeds and measure your designs on what is shipped, not what’s in Figma. * Help set the roadmap and priorities with the rest of the team. You’ll be the wide-angle lens of the team, interpreting customer feedback and your own experiences and gut and translating this into a coherent product vision. * You will define the design system that powers Plain. From iconography to colors and design tokens and components, you will make sure that Plain’s UI is built as a cohesive system. * You will iterate and work on design in the open and create a culture where anyone feels comfortable pitching product and UI ideas. This is a role for a senior or staff-level product designer. You should have a proven track record working for product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS, be as excited about UI details as you are about customer conversations, and be driven by impact above all. THIS IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU… * Feel comfortable taking ownership in ambiguity. You should be happy with a bit of chaos and adrenaline that comes from being in a fast-moving product team. * Want to be involved in every aspect of a new feature from planning and scoping right through to designing, building and sharing the story behind the work as it launches. * Love working on intricate, complex UI and sweating the details. * Are comfortable with HTML, CSS, and React. We don’t expect you to be an expert, but you should see code as a tool in your toolkit, feel comfortable opening PRs, and be able to work in close collaboration with engineers * Prefer working in the open and default to sharing early and often. You seek input from the team vs iterating on your own and presenting only your final design. THIS WON'T BE THE RIGHT ROLE IF YOU… * Are uncomfortable with ambiguity. We have some really exciting traction but are still at an early stage and are constantly learning and trying new things as our company grows. * Are looking to manage others. We're firmly looking for someone who, for now, wants to be an individual contributor. * Want a pure design role - you’ll be wearing many hats and get involved in all aspects of building a product and company. * Want a traditional product team set up, with a predictable roadmap, clearly scoped out tickets, a PM, and so forth * Expect all the perks of a big company. We’re a Series A startup and are competitive in what we offer at our stage, but it’s a different role and opportunity than working at an established tech company.
