🌏 Mission: At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on our planet - 10% of greenhouse gas emissions, to be exact. 💻 Product: Too Good To Go operates the world's largest marketplace for surplus food, where we connect food businesses with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at 50 %+ off retail value. Alongside our app, we create educational tools, operate an end-to-end surplus food management solution, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste. 📈 Scale: We’re growing fast: Our community of 133 million registered users and 261,000+ active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved 517+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.4M tonnes of CO2e from entering the Earth’s atmosphere! Our partners in North America include Tim Hortons, METRO and Whole Foods Market. ⭐️ Impact: We are a certified B Corp social impact company. Too Good To Go was named in Fast Company's list of the World's Most Innovative Companies and World Changing Ideas. We are also honoured to be included in TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies. In the B2B CRM team at Too Good To Go, we empower our partner stores to fight food waste through engaging, action-oriented communications at scale. Your Mission You'll work day to day with stakeholders across Product, Data, Commercial, and Marketing to develop and execute against the B2B CRM roadmap. You’ll be a key evangelist for the power of B2B CRM to retain and optimise our partner stores and their supply on the app. From product launches to experimentation to data activations, you set the direction and are dogged in the pursuit of improving the efficiency of our retention and growth engine cross-functionally. You’ll also lead and advise our team of CRM Managers and freelancers – whose expertise spans both technical and strategic – to release, optimise and scale engaging campaigns, lifecycle programmes, and partner communications globally, both adhoc and automated. This can mean advising on new channel implementations from a strategic standpoint, exploring the MarTech ecosystem and what it can offer for omni-channel, personalisation, and/or AI-decisioning improvements, or even translating adhoc efforts into repeatable frameworks through experimentation. What we're looking for Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can recognise when business opportunities can and should benefit from being folded into the CRM landscape. You will shine in this role if you can think big, and convince others, about how targeted, scalable lifecycle communications align with our north star of saving more food. While we value some technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM or B2B SaaS technologies, we also appreciate your project management skills and ability to juggle priorities to get the job done. Responsibilities * Oversee strategy behind and execution of B2B marketing planned campaigns, lifecycle marketing automated programs and operational communications * Prioritise defined company priorities – and advocate for them cross-functionally – in the B2B CRM roadmap * Work closely with the CRM, Product, Marketing & Commercial teams to scope requests and new ideas for features, automations, adhoc comms, and messaging formats * Mentor team members on project prioritisation against strategic goals and establish best practices for scalable, efficient CRM work * Set the direction for data activation, data-driven insights and proper reporting/attribution work to be able to understand and communicate business impact of CRM efforts, using an experimentation framework for testing and iterative improvements Requirements * Experience leading CRM, retention, lifecycle or marketing automation teams * Track record of improving B2B lifecycles, lead-gen funnels and/or SaaS comms * Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) * MarTech understanding of CDPs like HighTouch, Census or Segment, and a product analytics and experimentation platform like Amplitude or MixPanel * Strategy- and partner-centric, with the ability to think through and deliver against what you believe our supplying partners need and want most * A great communicator who is able to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders across different departments * A self-starter with an adaptable work-style - able to get results in a fast-paced environment * A team player - willing to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines and an ability to inspire and motivate team members to do the same * Able to work effectively remotely when required Good to have * B2B marketing background preferred; marketplace or two-sided platform experience a bonus * Braze experience is a bonus but not a barrier * Knowledge of the broader Salesforce ecosystem like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud or similar Our values * We win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight. We believe in a #oneteam. * We raise the bar: We always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers and elevate one another. * We keep it simple: Our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple. * We build a legacy: We’re proud of the change we’re driving. * We care: We always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing. What we have to offer * A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you can see real and tangible impact in your role. * Working alongside an international community of users, partners and 1,350+ colleagues across 20 countries that are on the same important mission. * Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up environment. * An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work * A strong, values-driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues that care.
