Här bedriver vi montering och kvalitetssäkring före och efter provtagning på alla kablar som produceras inom företaget.
Din arbetsdag kommer till stor del innefatta självständigt och ansvarsfullt arbete. Du kommer även ingå i ett team och arbeta tillsammans med dina kollegor. Arbetet bedrivs på ett 2-skift med kontinuerlig drift (var 3:e lördag och var 6:e söndag).

Summary Delta Star Inc. is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Assembler – Tank to support the construction of high‑quality transformer tanks that power communities across North America. What You’ll Do As an Assembler – Tank, you’ll bring engineering plans to life by assembling transformer tanks from the ground up. You’ll prepare components, follow detailed assembly steps, operate forklifts and cranes, ensure all work meets quality and safety standards, and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized workplace. A Day in the Life Your day will include reading assembly drawings, preparing materials, and assembling tank structures with precision. You might install fans on radiators, torque bolts to specification, crimp wires, or move tank components using cranes or forklifts. You’ll regularly inspect your work, verify measurements, and maintain documentation so every project stays on track. Whether you’re installing hardware, checking for quality issues, or collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines, you’ll help ensure each tank leaves our facility built to the highest standards. Specific Duties * Prepare tank components, accessories, and hardware according to assembly requirements. * Assemble transformer tanks following engineering drawings and work instructions. * Install cross members, accessories, bolts, and other structural elements. * Perform torque checks, visual inspections, and verify quality standards such as painting and insulation. * Install fans on radiators and perform wire crimping or insulation tasks as needed. * Clean and prepare tanks for subsequent production steps. * Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment to move materials and tank assemblies. * Use tools such as wrenches, ratchets, impact drivers, drills, and measuring devices accurately and safely. * Track and document each stage of assembly for quality and traceability. * Monitor material needs and support efficient project flow. * Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or safety concerns proactively. * Maintain a clean, orderly workspace to support efficient and safe production. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable individual who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in building high‑quality products, and thrives in a team‑based, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The schedule is a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, from Friday to Sunday. Employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40 hours. Position Requirements * High school diploma required. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar assembly role (preferred). * 1–2 years of experience in the electrical field (an asset). Skills & Competencies * Ability to work at heights. * Proficiency with mechanical hand tools and power tools. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical or electrical plans. * Knowledge of both metric and imperial measurement systems. * Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team. * Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and safety. Job Description Job Title: Assembler Date: May 2026 Reports To: Assembly + Paint Lead Summary The Assembler is a critical part of the American Fan team. This role will work with their immediate team along with other cross functional departments at American Fan to build and test. This role will need to have good communication and verbal skills. Ideally the candidate will be able to build relationships with internal and external customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Assemble fans and blowers according to instructions on order, including balancing blades. * Final inspection for all defects – inclusion of appropriate accessories, motors, etc. * Report needed information to their Lead such as any malfunction, damage, or need of repair to any equipment of which they become aware. * Accurate and diligent processing of any administrative work such as time sheets, scrap reports, etc. * Use required PPE according to local Safety Requirements. * May test finished products (fans) for balance, rpm, upon completion of appropriate training * Familiarity with ERP systems * Familiarity with working with a crane * Basic understanding of electricity for testing environment * Ability to adapt and pivot quickly per business needs * Embody the FMD values of Integrity, Velocity and Teamwork. Qualifications and Educational Requirements * High School Diploma (Preferred) or GED * Ability to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals. * Forklift training certificate or the ability to receive it. * Strong attention to detail * Assemblers are not required to lift more than 50 lbs by hand will be trained on fork trucks and cranes for the larger items * Must be able to identify and measure material * Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Ensures that all safety procedures are followed as stated on posted signs and in Company policy * Candidates should be familiar with and capable of using hand and pneumatic tools. * Mechanical background a plus Strong attention to detail * Electrical background a plus Strong attention to detail
