Your tasks
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email and social media
- Follow up and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences on behalf of leading global brands
- Build strong and professional relationships with an empathetic approach
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team climate
- Work towards set customer KPIs and internal goals
Your profile Fluent Swedish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
Strong communication skills, good social skills and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills and technical interest
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
