DEINE AUFGABEN BEI VOI Als Fleet Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Reparaturen bist du für die Wartung und Reparatur unserer Fahrzeuge verantwortlich. Du bist der Held, der unsere E-Bikes in Topform hält und starken Support für unser Team vor Ort bietet. Your mission at Voi  As a Driver (Fleet Specialist Hybrid), you'll be out in Copenhagen every day - driving our vans, keeping our vehicles deployed and collecting them when needed. It's hands-on, city-based work that keeps Voi running. We have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Copenhagen area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. We also have our mechanical team, who keeps our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. Your day-to-day will include tasks like: * Collecting and deploying Voi vehicles across the city * Searching for and recovering damaged vehicles in the field * Swapping batteries and carrying out quick on-site repairs * Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs at the warehouse * Disassembling and recycling vehicles beyond repair * Receiving, packaging and preparing new vehicles and batteries * Keeping the fleet tidy - spotting damaged vehicles, clearing up parking spots, lifting fallen vehicles What you'll need * A valid Danish or EU driving licence (category B) * Good English, spoken and written * A solid knowledge of Copenhagen and confidence driving in the city * Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps Nice to have, but not required: * Experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance * Prior driving experience in logistics or a similar role Job conditions  * Location: Copenhagen * Working hours: Full time, primarily evening shifts (15-23) with some degree of flexibility for weekend work required * Contract type: Permanent Start date: To be discussed NOTE: our Talent Acquisition is based in Sweden, you will receive a phone call from a Swedish number (+46). Your mission at Voi For the Fleet Specialist position, you’ll have the opportunity to work across two main operational areas, with tasks allocated by the Team Lead based on business needs. In our mechanical team, you’ll focus on the maintenance and repair of our vehicles, keeping our scooters in excellent condition and providing crucial support to colleagues in the field. In our in‑field team, you’ll use our vans to carry out different tasks around the London area, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly and reliably for our riders. Depending on daily priorities and workload, your Team Lead will assign you to one area or the other, giving you variety in your day‑to‑day while making sure we cover the most important operational needs. Here are some of the tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist: * Ensuring the logistics of collecting and deploying Voi scooters ⚙️ * Searching for and collecting damaged scooters 🛴 * Replacing batteries so vehicles are always ready to ride 🔋 * Performing quick on‑site repairs of scooters 🔧 * Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles 🔧 * Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️ * Assisting with the acceptance, packaging and preparation of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse 🔍 * Supporting our on‑site team as needed – for example, identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces or setting up fallen vehicles 🤝 You’ll work closely with a supportive team that shares knowledge and helps each other out. What you’ll need to embark * Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences, to meet our e‑van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process. As part of the role, you will drive one of our company e‑vans. * Good knowledge of your city and feeling comfortable driving there. * A responsible team player who can manage tasks independently and also enjoys working together with others. * Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to a positive, respectful team culture. * A practical, solution‑oriented mindset – you like getting things done and helping the team reach its goals. * Comfortable navigating the city in a van in different weather and traffic conditions. * Ability to stay calm and courteous in stressful situations (e.g. poor parking, traffic). * A physical condition that allows you to safely handle and move scooters and batteries, using the equipment and support provided. PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role.
