As a GSIE Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new ground station and antenna infrastructure. You will provide programmatic and technical guidance to support successful project execution.
You will lead the project by coordinating contractor and SSC teams across locations and time zones, ensuring the right competencies are in place.
Engineering degree (Electrical, Satcom/Telecom, Aerospace, or similar), or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing technical projects for construction, installation or refurbishment of technical infrastructure.
Ability to coordinate suppliers, contractors and stakeholders across countries and time zones.
Knowledge of project controls including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and risk management.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Ability to communicate complex technical and program information clearly to senior stakeholders and management.
Strong communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, bid support, and technical evaluations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and project delivery in a dynamic environment.
Strong communicator and problem solver with proven negotiation skills, able to translate complex technical issues into business, cost, and risk impacts while driving continuous improvement.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground station, antenna, and associated infrastructure projects worldwide.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide timely and effective reporting to senior management on project status, risks, issues, and key decisions.
Manage contractor procurement, supplier performance, site assessments, and licensing activities.
Coordinate project logistics, including the import and export of specialized equipment.
Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed requirements for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, bid support, and technical evaluations.
Facilitate effective collaboration between engineering, operations, commercial, and external partner organizations.

We are looking for Crane Operators for a construction project in Boden, Sweden. Contract and package Contract: 10 months, with possible extension Accommodation: Provided on site Flights: Covered PPE/EPI: Covered Salary: Hourly wage, based on hours worked Role The Crane Operator will operate lifting equipment on site, from the ground or from the cabin, and support safe material handling operations according to site instructions, safety rules and quality requirements. Main tasks Prepare the crane before starting work, including unblocking, stabilization and safety checks. Check the general condition of the lifting equipment before use. Access the cabin safely and use harnesses when required. Test communication and transmission systems before operation. Operate the crane from the ground or from the cabin. Position the hook/block and sling loads safely. Read, interpret and use tower crane load charts. Support concreting, prefabricated element handling, formwork operations and other lifting tasks. Carry out routine maintenance such as greasing, brake checks and cable checks. Detect simple faults and report or repair basic issues when possible. Follow all health, safety, quality and environmental rules on site. Requirements Experience as a Crane Operator is required. Valid crane licence/certification is required. CACES GMA/GME or equivalent crane certification is desirable. Experience operating tower cranes from the ground or cabin is desirable. Knowledge of lifting operations, slinging, load charts and site safety rules. Good awareness of PPE and safe lifting procedures. Basic English or French is required.

The Role of Planning Specialist As a Planning Specialist, you will be involved in the development of the project from the ground up. You have a technical education and at least five years of experience in project planning. Experience managing large, complex projects is considered an advantage, as is experience within the construction industry and construction operations. You communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, which is essential for successful collaboration and, ultimately, a successful project. You have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but are not required, and we welcome applications from candidates who are not fluent in Swedish.
