Som Site Account Manager hos oss är du nyckeln till våra framgångsrika kundrelationer. Du kliver in i en roll med stort ansvar där du driver hela försäljningsprocessen – från den första behovsanalysen till förhandling och avslut. Du arbetar nära kundernas verksamhet i Kiruna för att förstå deras utmaningar och omsätta dem i lösningar som stärker deras produktivitet, säkerhet och hållbarhet. Det här är en roll för dig som gillar variation; du hanterar både den dagliga dialogen och den långsiktiga affärsutvecklingen. Du kommer att samarbeta tätt med interna specialister, vår serviceorganisation samt kollegor både nationellt och internationellt.
Ansvarsområden
Aktivt relationsbygge: Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och utveckla långsiktiga samarbeten.
Affärsmannaskap: Driva hela säljprocessen och säkerställa högsta kvalitet från offert till avslut.
Strategisk partner: Delta i kundernas projekt och förbättringsinitiativ direkt på plats i verksamheten.
Omvärldsbevakning: Följa marknadstrender och utvecklingen inom gruv- och processindustrin.
Kvalitetssäkring: Ansvara för en smidig överlämning till vår leveransorganisation.

About the Role – Wilderness Guide in Jukkasjärvi As a Wilderness Guide at ICEHOTEL, nature is your workplace. You will lead guests on a variety of outdoor activities and adventures, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and personal service. Our activity portfolio includes snowmobile tours, ice fishing, and cross country skiing during winter, as well as rafting, canoeing, and hiking during the summer season. You will create inspiring, safe, and educational experiences for our guests, while ensuring they feel welcome, well cared for, and confident throughout their adventure. As a guide, you play an important role in bringing ICEHOTEL’s story to life in the Arctic wilderness. Global Account Manager – Data Centres (Germany) * Location: Germany. Remote, with flexibility to travel across EMEA * Travel: Regular travel aligned with business development and client engagement needs Purpose This role focuses on driving growth across the Data Centre sector, building strategic relationships with key operators, developers, and stakeholders across EMEA. You will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing engagements. Acting as a sector specialist and trusted advisor, you will connect client requirements with Securitas Technology’s solutions to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes across complex, multi-site environments. ABOUT THE TEAM Technical Account Managers work cross-functionally to support Stripe’s largest and most complex users. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work * Demonstrated expertise in the AI industry, such as monetization models, fraud strategy, global payment methods, and the technical and operational challenges faced by AI companies * Strong product sense and energized by the challenge of solving difficult user-related problems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner * Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to Stripe's largest and most technical customers * Proficient in SQL and comfort building complex queries * Familiarity using AI coding agents to solve problems * Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams * Adept client relationship management skills * Ability to engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Operations-savvy mindset, with an ability to identify and eliminate process friction while continuing to build scalable processes * Experience practicing in small to medium scale project management * Strong organizational skills and self-starting mindset * Ideal experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL * Ideal experience in the payments industry
