Du har din hverdag på Geoteams kontor i Ballerup, hvor også lager og værksted er placeret, og hvor halvdelen af virksomhedens
medarbejdere har deres hverdag. De øvrige arbejder med udgangspunkt fra hjemmekontor.
Din baggrund
Du har en relevant kommerciel og/eller teknisk uddannelse på masterniveau og solid erfaring fra kommercielle nøgleroller inden for
teknisk BtB-salg af løsninger, produkter eller services til landbruget og/eller landmåling eller salg af tekniske løsninger til
relaterede segmenter i Danmark.
Du har erfaring fra tilsvarende rolle, eller det kan være du har et forretningsmæssigt ansvar som salgsdirektør eller
afdelingsleder i en større teknisk virksomhed og er klar til at påtage dig et større forretnings- og ledelsesmæssigt ansvar.
Du er hands-on og trives i en rolle, hvor du er tæt på forretningen og kunderne og selv deltager i alle sammenhænge, og du
balancerer ubesværet udvikling, daglig drift og ledelse.
Som erfaring leder kan du sætte tydelig retning og drive projekter og opgaver sikkert i mål. Du skaber vækst og resultater i tæt
samarbejde med medarbejdere og leverandører og med fokus på både eksisterende og nye forretningsområder.
Som person er du positiv og handlingsorienteret, og du har stærke sociale kompetencer med en naturlig autoritet, der skaber
følgeskab, tillid og engagement på alle niveauer.
Du har stærke kommunikationsevner, taler og skriver dansk og engelsk på forhandlingsniveau og er digitalt orienteret og it-stærk.
