WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Market & strategy support: Lead market assessments across German and Central European wholesale power, emerging technologies (e.g., renewables, storage, PtX/clean molecules) and business models. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A well-rounded candidate should demonstrate a balance of strengths across these key areas: * Expertise: Deep understanding of the German and Central European power market including market fundamentals, market design policy and regulation and commercial structures. * Experience: At least 6 years of experience in management consulting or an internal role focused on Power Market Advisory. * Analytical skills: Analytical skills applied to energy market fundamentals, combined with market- and asset modelling. * Energy market interest: Willingness to work occasionally in different market contexts and themes, or support model development. * Domain exposure: Experience in commercial structures, assessing routes to market for power generation assets and designing business models in energy markets. * Project management: The ability to manage projects day-to-day and oversee inputs/outputs from the modelling team. * Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills and a track record of effective teamwork. * Ways of working: The ability to take ownership and deliver results in client-facing environments. * Languages: Advanced language skills in German and English required.
