einbringen? Als Product Owner (m/w/d) begleitest du zusammen mit deinem Team und den Kunden die Anforderungserhebung und Umsetzung
bis hin zum Release und der Weiterentwicklung einer Softwareanwendung.
Mit einem Projekt zum Aufbau der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur im Rahmen der Digitalisierung der Verwaltung hilfst du dabei den
digitalen Wandel zu meistern und aktiv voranzutreiben.
* Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam und übersetzt Bedürfnisse in umsetzbare Anforderungen.
* Du analysierst neue Anforderungen und leitest daraus User Stories ab.
* Du erarbeitest zusammen mit Team und Kunden das Product Backlog und laufende Sprint Ziele und Releases.
* Du bist Hauptansprechperson für unsere Kunden und überzeugst dabei mit deinem Kommunikationsgeschick.
* Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Qualitätssicherung und die verlässliche Auslieferung neuer Funktionen und
Releases.
* Du arbeitest eng mit weiteren Teams, Teilprojekten und Consultants zusammen.

Bulk logistics is complex. The right consultant makes that complexity valuable.
Secondary distribution in bulk logistics is not simple. Supply nominations, logistics scheduling, carrier management, automated
settlement - and layered on top of all of that, the specifics that make this industry genuinely hard: left on board quantities,
temperature and density gain/loss, product tolerances, ADR and compartment handling.
Most SAP consultants do not know this world. You do. And that expertise is becoming more valuable, not less - because what clients
need is not someone who can follow a configuration manual. They need someone who understands their business well enough to design
the right solution, run workshops that cut through complexity, advise implementation partners on the hard decisions, and explain
what better processes are actually worth: in margin, in settlement accuracy, in planning efficiency, in risk avoided.
At implico, we are building a consulting practice around exactly that. AI, BTP, Clean Core, and AI-assisted delivery are not
buzzwords here - they are the tools we are actively building with to stay ahead of the wave. We are hiring two SDM consultants who
want to grow into that role - people who have a solid foundation in the domain and the drive to master it, and who are excited
about what modern technology makes possible.
What You'll Do
Design solutions, not just configurations
• Lead structured discovery and design workshops with client process owners - turning operational complexity into clear solution
designs
• Translate bulk logistics requirements into clean, scalable SAP solutions - with a strong preference for standard processes and
clean extensions
• Challenge what the client asks for and help them understand what they actually need
• Cover the full secondary distribution scope: supply nominations, logistics planning, carrier management, quantity and quality
reconciliation, automated settlement - including the hard parts like left on board, temperature and density gain/loss, ADR and
compartment handling, and contractual tolerance handling
Make value visible
• Move conversations beyond the system: what does a better settlement process mean for write-offs? What does tighter supply
planning mean for working capital? What does automation mean for headcount and error rates?
• Help clients build the internal case for solution investments - ROI, risk framing, operational improvement quantification
• Identify opportunities beyond the project scope and articulate why they matter to the business
Be the quality anchor for partners
• Act as implico's quality anchor on partner-led implementations - review solution designs, identify gaps, step in when the
complexity exceeds the partner's expertise
• Advise implementation partners on process and design decisions - share your expertise to raise the quality of the whole
ecosystem, not just your own projects
• Support partners in handling the tricky scenarios: ADR edge cases, settlement reconciliation, left on board disputes
Contribute to what comes next
• Feed your process knowledge into Implico's AI tooling and accelerator library - help turn domain expertise into scalable assets
• Contribute to reusable workshop formats, process templates, and standard delivery frameworks
• Pilot AI-supported delivery approaches in live projects - documentation, gap analysis, UAT support
DEIN PROFIL
• 3+ years of SAP consulting experience in bulk logistics - ideally with SDM, but strong SD/MM or TM experience in oil, gas, or
chemicals is a genuine alternative. If you understand freight cost postings, inventory postings, logistics settlement, and how
bulk product flows through a supply chain - we want to talk to you
• You know secondary distribution and are excited to master it: supply nominations, logistics scheduling, automated settlement -
and the bulk-specific details that make this world genuinely interesting: left on board, temperature and density corrections, ADR
and compartment handling, product tolerance bands
• You can lead a workshop with process owners and drive it to a decision
• You think in end-to-end processes before you think in configuration steps
• You are comfortable working with implementation partners - guiding, reviewing, and challenging where needed
• You are interested in what a solution is worth to the business - not just whether it works technically
• You are genuinely curious about AI and modern technology - BTP, Clean Core, AI-assisted delivery - and excited to be part of
building with them, not just watching from the sidelines
Bonus: Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry background, experience building business cases or ROI arguments, hands-on experience with
BTP, Clean Core, or AI tools in project delivery - the more the better.

Description Position Overview Automus is seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Architect . This position leads efforts to support the
diverse business needs of each client and the implementations of various Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite applications utilizing
Automus proprietary tools and the Automus methodology. Functions as a team leader for small to large projects and is responsible
for managing the technical track on client engagements, defining the technical architecture, and all aspects of extending Oracle
Cloud Fusion with a technical solution . Performs varied and complex duties and tasks needing independent judgment to implement
Oracle products and technology to meet client needs. Leadership Duties Lead and guide work of technical staff C oach/mentor others
to improve their knowledge/ skills Coordinate and provide leadership in development of project plans, analysis, design, and
development of complex mission-critical project implementation Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members
Research and propose new technologies for improving performance and scalability of applications Lead and participate in

using Oracle Cloud Interact extensively with client through detailed discussions with client’s managers, process owners, and users
across various business functions and geographical locations Run design/solution sessions with Automus and client team members
Solution, document, test and maintain technical enhancements to Cloud including Reports, Interfaces, Data C onversions,
Extensions, Workflows (RICEW) using OIC , standard Oracle APIs and standard tools . Solution standalone applications using Oracle
OCI to integrate with Cloud Fusion using appropriate UX design as required Build security requirements and best practices into all
solutions given the Client’s security landscape Solution best practices to operationally monitor technical interfaces and
extensions Recommend technical architecture and middleware for each Client situation and be able to present and discuss the
solution with C-Level staff Prepare design/solution and estimate work efforts for proposed technical solutions Actively contribute
to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other methods to document risks, actions, issues, and
