DEINE AUFGABEN The enterprise AI revolution requires seamless technical implementation that delivers value quickly and efficiently. At Hypatos, our AI Tech Delivery Specialists are the technical execution experts—transforming customer requirements into working AI solutions using our out-of-the-box products while maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence. In this role, you'll own the technical delivery of AI solutions: implementing OOTB products, managing project execution within scope and timeline, and ensuring every technical component meets our rigorous standards. You'll be the technical bridge between solution design and working systems, making AI transformation a reality for our customers. As an AI Tech Delivery Specialist, you'll master our product suite, optimize implementation approaches, and help customers realize AI value faster than ever before. Responsibilities: * Technical Solution Delivery 1. Implement AI solutions using OOTB products and standard approaches 2. Execute technical project phases according to defined timelines and budgets 3. Manage scope adherence and prevent scope creep through technical controls 4. Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality and standards requirements * Project Execution & Management 1. Own technical implementation from handoff through go-live 2. Coordinate technical activities across project phases 3. Manage technical resources and timeline commitments 4. DEIN PROFIL * Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software * Technical Skills: - Strong background in OOTB product implementation and configuration - Knowledge of Javascript - Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB), understanding how to structure and manage data efficiently for varied use cases. - Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project delivery - Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and integration patterns - Experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs. * Problem-Solving: - You excel at breaking down complex problems and delivering clean, effective solutions. - Data driven mindset, skill in making quick, well-founded decisions by considering various options and selecting the best solution. -Capacity to generate new and effective solutions to challenging problems by thinking "outside the box" and applying creative approaches. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks - Understanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirements * Communication Skills: - Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences. - Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments - You’re also unafraid to ask for help when needed. The opportunity The role provides direct support to Sales and Tendering team by contributing to accurate, competitive sizing of operational efforts for tenders, as well as developing execution strategies and delivery schedules in alignment with Network Control global practices and delivery models. With extensive hands-on experience in executing SCADA/EMS/ADMS international projects within complex environments, the Tender Support Specialist serves as an integral part of the bid team. This role contributes to the development of competitive and feasible proposals, directly impacting the profitability of the organization. This position reports directly to the Tender Support leader inside the Project Office group and collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Tendering teams. How you’ll make an impact Recommend solid execution strategies and define the right mix of in‑house, outsourced, local, and remote delivery models. WHAT WE NEED Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized Account Delivery Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of a large strategic account. This role will support account operations, delivery follow-up, customer-related topics, reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, documentation, finance follow-up, and routine operational activities. The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of assigned tasks, follow up independently, and help close operational and administrative gaps without requiring continuous reminders. This role requires strong coordination skills, good communication in Arabic and English, and a basic understanding of software delivery and technical project environments. The role will work closely with the Account Manager, project teams, delivery managers, technical teams, finance teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure that actions, reports, documents, meetings, and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day account operations and delivery coordination activities across multiple teams and workstreams. * Follow up on project actions, blockers, deadlines, approvals, submissions, and pending items. * Coordinate with delivery teams, project managers, technical teams, finance teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. * Prepare regular status reports, trackers, dashboards, progress updates, and account-level summaries. * Support the preparation of presentations for internal meetings, client meetings, executive reviews, and governance sessions. * Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, action logs, decision logs, and follow-up trackers. * Track delivery progress, team updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and open actions. * Support customer-related follow-ups and help ensure client requests are tracked and addressed. * Maintain organized records, files, reports, trackers, and supporting documentation. * Coordinate and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and finance-related documents. * Ensure finance and administrative documents are completed, submitted, and followed up properly. * Support the team in identifying, fixing, and closing administrative and operational gaps. * Maintain clear visibility on daily priorities, pending items, and required actions. * Support basic delivery governance activities, including weekly status updates and action tracking. * Work full-time onsite at the client office in Riyadh.
