ABOUT THE JOB You are the visionary builder behind our software landscape. As a Technical Application Architect, you don't just design systems: you craft the blueprint for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that power the mobility industry. In this influential role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you guide development teams, define standards, and turn complex business needs into elegant architectural realities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:  * You design sophisticated application architectures that seamlessly meet both functional and non-functional requirements * You collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate business vision into concrete technical solutions * You lead technical discussions, providing expert guidance on system integration, performance optimization, and security standards * You define and maintain technology standards, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring a high bar for code quality and maintainability * You document architectural decisions (ADRs) and create clear diagrams (C4, sequence) to ensure transparency and traceability * You evaluate emerging technologies and proactively recommend their adoption to keep our tech stack on the cutting edge YOUR SKILLS AND INTERESTS:  * You have deep expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and modeling techniques (e.g., C4, sequence diagrams) * You possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern integration strategies * You are proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Java 21) and frameworks (e.g., JavaEE, Quarkus) * You have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres) * You enjoy solving complex problems strategically and have a passion for Domain Driven Design (DDD) * You are a strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor development teams * You are fluent in English and thrive in an agile, international environment where you can take ownership and drive quality WHAT WE OFFER: At Sofico, you’ll join an international, multicultural company with over 30 years of success. WERDE TEIL UNSERES B-PLUS TEAMS Als Senior Solution Architect bei b-plus übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Analyse und Konzeption anspruchsvoller IT-Lösungen. In enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen entwickelst du ganzheitliche Systemarchitekturen – von der Anforderungsanalyse über Grob- und Feinkonzepte bis hin zu Einsatz- und Betriebskonzepten. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for someone who will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of our mymediset solutions for international customers. You will lead customer projects end-to-end, managing implementations with an agile mindset while ensuring high quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases. In this role, you will act as the central interface between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will conduct customer workshops and trainings, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and closely support implementation, testing, and rollout activities. Strong communication and change management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders and guide customers through complex transformation processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITES * Project Lead of global customer rollout projects for mymediset * Lead and manage customer projects with agile methodology  * Lead and execute customer requirement workshops and trainings * Collaborate closely with customers through all phases like implementation, testing and roll out  * Responsible for active communication, change management and alignment with related stakeholders worldwide * You interface to the technical team, create functional specifications and work closely with the team during implementation and testing phases * Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency * Around 20% travelling during project phases JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s, in Computer Science or a comparable field of study * 6+ years of SAP experience in the field of logistics, especially in the SD module, more modules are   preferable MM & FI/CO * Advanced knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA private Cloud, FIORI Applications * Skilled project manager and team lead  * Strong communication skills towards client and within the team  * You have an hands-on mindset * You enjoy working in an international team and contributing innovative ideas * English B2-C1 level * Experience in the Medtech or Life science industry is a plus * Work experiences with Jira  and SAP Signavio are a plus YOUR WORKPLACE Our state-of-the-art office is well equipped with modern furniture and equipment.
