until it’s just right, you’ll probably feel at home here.
We’re looking for a mid-level IT System Administrator who brings a solid foundation and is eager to keep learning and growing. You
should be comfortable getting up to speed quickly, contributing early, and taking on more ownership over time.
This role sits between helpdesk and systems: part hands-on support, part infrastructure. You’ll work across a global environment
covering Unix/Linux systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, and multi-OS endpoints, with a particular opportunity to strengthen
our Windows capabilities.
How your time is split: roughly 60% infrastructure and automation, 30% hands-on employee support and onboarding, and 10% security
and compliance work.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership: not ticket-only support, and not a pure architecture role.
This role requires being in the Leuven office 4 days per week, with the potential for more flexibility as the team grows.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium at the time of application. Please note that we are unable to provide
visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.
