Är du en erfaren och rutinerad teknisk säljare som vill driva försäljningsarbetet och ansvara för att utveckla MOTOREX marknad i distrikt Kalmar-, Jönköping- och Östergötlands län?
Som Area Sales Manager arbetar du på fältet och utgår från ditt hemkontor i regionen, med Alingsås som bas för gemensamma möten och utbildningar. Din vardag handlar om att planera, driva och utveckla försäljningen av MOTOREX högkvalitativa smörjmedel, kemikalier och rengöringsprodukter inom ditt distrikt.
Rollen kräver stor uthållighet och ett starkt självledarskap då du driver din egen region. Du kommer att bearbeta både nya prospekts och vårda befintliga kunder. Branschen kräver att du bygger ett gediget personligt förtroende innan en affär kan initieras, vilket innebär att du hanterar säljcykeln med tålamod och ser motgångar som en naturlig del på vägen mot framgång. Du tillhör ett erfaret svenskt team, samtidigt som du har nära kontakt med det internationella huvudkontoret i Schweiz.
Du kommer till ett tekniskt företag där produkternas komplexitet är hög. Fokus på den svenska marknaden ligger på entreprenad, skog, lantbruk och transportsektorn. Genom täta kundbesök och ett starkt relationsbyggande arbetar du självständigt och entreprenöriellt i din region.
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. I rollen ingår förmåner som dator, mobiltelefon samt tjänstebil.

Ansvarsområden
Det är ett krav att du har en teknisk eller mekanisk utbildning eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet. Det är även ett krav att du har en mekanisk förståelse och kunskap om tunga fordon, växellådor och komplexa maskiner för att kunna agera som en kompetent partner till mekaniker och experter.
Erfarenhet av teknisk uppsökande försäljning och relationsbyggande ute på fältet. Erfarenhet från olje-, smörjmedels- eller reservdelsbranschen är starkt meriterande.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift, då engelska krävs för kontakt med huvudkontoret i Schweiz.
Det är obligatoriskt att du bor i det aktuella distriktet (Östergötland, Jönköping eller Kalmar län) och har ett upparbetat lokalt nätverk.
Du är resultatorienterad, självgående, uthållig och trivs i en roll med stort eget ansvar.
Grundläggande kunskaper i MS Office.

Delta på mässor, utställningar och regionala kundaktiviteter för att öka MOTOREX synlighet.
Självständigt dokumentera, planera och följa upp dina säljaktiviteter i företagets CRM-system.

The team consists of experienced professionals who manage contract deliveries and customer support activities for both existing and future export customers.
