I uppdraget kommer du att jobba med dels vårt inflöde av nya kundbeställningar men även med planeringsuppsättningen i vårt affärssystem. Du kommer finnas som ett planeringsstöd i operativa frågor mot verksamheten och samarbeta med övriga planeringsroller inom Planning för att säkerställa den taktiska planeringen. Demand & Operational Planner fungerar som våran ”motor” i planeringsorganisationen för att säkerställa att system och planeringsuppsättning är rätt samt för att säkerställa att våra nettobehovsberäkningar via vår MRP blir korrekt. Du kommer hantera stora datamängder samt flöden. Utöver detta är du även en del i vår ändringshantering, materialavveckling, parametersättning och som ett planeringstekniskt stöd.
Profil • Vi söker dig med teknisk- eller ekonomisk utbildning på högskolenivå eller likvärdig dokumenterad kunskap. • Du har teoretiska kunskaper inom planering/logistik/lagerstyrning. • Du är självgående, driven och strukturerad. • Du har god analytisk förmåga för att se effekter & samband. • Du har bra samarbetsförmåga både i grupp och mot interna gränssnitt. • Du har lätt att se helheten och uppgifter i ett större sammanhang. • Du har god kommunikationsförmåga där du både behärskar det Svenska och Engelska språket bra i tal och skift. • Du trivs med ständiga förbättringar och effektiviseringar av verksamheten samt dina arbetsuppgifter. • Du gillar att lösa problem. • Du har goda kunskaper inom affärssystem som IFS/ERP och Officepaketet. • Erfarenhet av produktion är meriterande.

In the morning, you might collaborate with a colleague from the Remote Diagnostic team to assess an alarm that could impact the unit’s reliability. By afternoon, you’ll be actively participating in a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) workshop, brainstorming potential hypotheses to uncover the root cause of an issue. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact. We welcome both recent graduates and those with a couple years of experience in similar roles! How You’ll Make an Impact Provide performance calculations and evaluation for gas turbines. Analyze operational data to make conclusions about the status and possible deviations of the units. Serve as the primary contact for our service organization for customer questions and technical support within the performance area. Be part in developing new methods for evaluation and proactive fleet monitoring based on digital twin models and machine data. Collaborate closely with our performance office within R&D development, fostering a strong partnership. What You Bring A technical degree (Bachelor or Master of Science) or corresponding knowledge from previous work experience. Good analytic skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving. As a person, you are responsible, and service minded. Previous experience and knowledge from thermodynamics and gas turbine theory / performance are a plus but not a requirement. Ability to independently manage technical questions while also thriving in team settings, collaborating with a diverse network of professionals. Good communication skills in English, and preferably Swedish, both written and verbally. As a Combustion Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and environmental compliance of our gas turbine combustion systems. Your work will span the full product lifecycle, from supporting new technology development to resolving operational challenges across our global fleet. A typical day may include planning and conducting combustion tests, analysing test and field data, evaluating emission performance, and collaborating with experts in design, controls, service, and product support. You will investigate combustion-related issues, identify root causes, and help implement solutions that improve reliability, fuel flexibility, and operational performance. Working at the forefront of combustion technology, you will contribute to the ongoing transition toward lower-emission power generation, including the integration of hydrogen and other sustainable fuels. The role offers a combination of hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, providing opportunities to make a tangible impact on both current products and future technologies. How You’ll Make an Impact Plan and execute combustion testing, analyse test and operational data, and troubleshoot field issues to improve performance, emissions, reliability, and fuel flexibility across both new developments and the existing fleet. Support the development, validation, and optimization of combustion technologies for current and future products. Collaborate with colleagues across Design, Controls, Performance, Service, and Product Support to deliver effective technical solutions. Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. Help advance technologies that enable lower emissions, increased fuel flexibility, and a more sustainable energy future. Additional Information This role includes supporting our global product fleet as part of the normal day-to-day work. Following onboarding and experience building in the role, you will also take part in an occasional planned support rotation. The rotation occurs infrequently, typically less than once per month, and may involve daytime support during weekends. What You Bring You Either have experience in hot gas turbine commissioning, Emission tuning or have an academic background with a degree in Experimental Combustion, Fluid Dynamics or Chemical Engineering. Preferably Proven experience in combustion engineering and a deep understanding of combustion principles and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus. Demonstrated track record in leading projects and cross-functional teams, either as a Project Manager or in senior technical/Agile leadership roles. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, certification in PMI/IPMA or ISO 21 500 methodologies are an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
