What You Bring  Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, high-volume, or skilled labour environments. Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, networking, and other innovative attraction methods. Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature) and recruitment metrics to manage pipelines and improve hiring performance. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.  High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
