A Snapshot of Your Day As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Siemens Energy attract and hire exceptional talent that powers the future of energy. Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You'll work across a variety of roles, using innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and data-driven recruitment practices to identify the best talent. How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines by proactively engaging active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. What You Bring Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, high-volume, or skilled labour environments. Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, networking, and other innovative attraction methods. Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature) and recruitment metrics to manage pipelines and improve hiring performance. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
