Det här är inte en traditionell säljroll. Du får ett tydligt affärsansvar, stort mandat och möjlighet att påverka hur vi utvecklar vår europeiska verksamhet. Du kommer att driva strategiskt viktiga affärer från första kundkontakt till avtal och överlämning till genomförandeorganisationen – och vara en central del av hur Fergas växer de kommande åren.
Som Sales Responsible Europe ansvarar du för att utveckla affärer och vinna nya kontrakt inom utvalda marknader och produktområden i Europa. Du arbetar nära kunder, kollegor och externa partners för att identifiera möjligheter, bygga relationer och driva komplexa affärsprocesser i mål.
Du kommer att
Utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter och skapa långsiktig tillväxt.
Ansvara för hela försäljningsprocessen – från första kontakt till signerat avtal.
Leda anbuds- och offertarbete.
Driva kommersiella och avtalsmässiga förhandlingar.
Samordna tvärfunktionella team genom hela säljprocessen.
Ansvara för försäljningsbudget, prognoser och uppföljning.
Bidra till och omsätta bolagets affärsplan i konkreta aktiviteter och resultat.
Utveckla arbetssätt, processer och verktyg som stärker vår konkurrenskraft.
Representera Fergas på marknaden och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Erfarenhet av teknisk B2B-försäljning.
Dokumenterad framgång inom produkt- eller lösningsförsäljning.
Erfarenhet av komplexa försäljningsprocesser, anbud och avtalsförhandlingar.
Förmåga att hantera flera parallella affärer och prioritera rätt.
Ett strukturerat och metodiskt arbetssätt.
Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med teknik-, produktions- och projektorganisationer.
Ett genuint intresse för att utveckla både affärer och arbetssätt.
Vi ser gärna att du är van att arbeta internationellt och känner dig bekväm med att resa regelbundet inom Europa.
Språk
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift.
Goda kunskaper i svenska.
Ytterligare europeiska språk är meriterande.

Sparv is the creator of Windsond, the world's lightest radiosonde, which is widely used in weather research across Europe and North America, as well as within defense and firefighting applications. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Representative at Sparv Embedded, your initial focus will be on generating new business opportunities through active prospecting and outbound sales activities. A large part of the role involves identifying potential customers, initiating contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone, as well as booking and qualifying meetings. You will also follow up on customer dialogues, prepare quotations, and drive opportunities through to closing. Initially, you will focus on acquiring new customers within segments such as research institutions, universities, and firefighting organizations, where Sparv Embedded sees significant growth potential. Over time, the role may also include working with defense-related customers and partners. While the role includes some interaction with existing customers, the primary focus is on new business development and pipeline generation. As you grow into the position, you will have the opportunity to independently manage more complex sales processes and take greater ownership of the entire sales cycle. This is a role where you can truly contribute, make an impact, and grow alongside the company. You will be based at Sparv Embedded's office in Ebbepark, Linköping. The role involves primarily digital meetings, although occasional customer visits are also part of the job. You will work closely with colleagues across both business development and engineering.
