The role… At Soho House a Runner is responsible for a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and servers. A Runner also assists the servers in providing quality hand plated service to all guests who come to Soho House. As a Food Runner, your goal will be to provide our members and guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience. A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced environment, can problem solve in high-pressure situations and remain calm, approachable and professional. Main Duties * Responsible for following Steps of Service set by Soho House & Co that includes but is not limited to; Refill water glasses and coffee cups, clear finished dishes, crumb the table, replenish all table supplies, expedite food orders * Accommodate special requests from guests or alternative solution that better suites business needs or advise management to further assess and provide options * Thrive in high-volume and elevated service environment. Ensure the delivery of a seamless service by thinking quickly on your feed, managing / anticipating guest and member needs and ensure servers, Executive Chef and General Manager are supported. * Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests * Adhere to health and safety policy (allergy procedures) is followed as well as all Company processes, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable * Work as one team with one goal; to serve members and guests their food and/or drink items in a timely manner and support the team by running items from expo and service bar that are outside of your section to * Clean and stock server alley and expo area * Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests Required Skills/Qualifications * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity * Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure * Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously * Tips certified and POS knowledge Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. * Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. * Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds. * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. Soho House

The role… At Soho House, a Busser is responsible for curating a we organized, clean and structured member and guest experience. A Busser, supports runners, servers and management by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and straws, and may assist with washing dishes. A successful Busser will be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills. Main Duties * Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables * Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day; breakfast, lunch, dinner or feast service; mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl). * Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service along with working with your team to keep the bread warmer full and neat * Maintain section and ensure bread and water is delivery upon guests’ arrival while also assisting other sections when applicable * Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests * Polish silverware and pot wash are stored according to local standards * Complete side work before and after service (see side work sheets for details) * Making sure the cabinet and shelf in the bar area are full before service (glassware - silverware - plate ware). * Remove all the dirty linen from station and trash is empty and clean Required Skills/Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in similar role * Flexible schedule and open to working weekends / holidays (when needed) * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. * Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environments * Basic verbal communication skills. The role… At Soho House, the Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, serving food and providing excellent service accompanied by memorable experiences to all guests and members who visit a Soho House & Co. property. As a Bartender you are an extension of the brand, management team and global food and drink program. As a result, you will be responsible for professional behavior, charismatic and positive energy to create a fun environment that drives conversation and sales. A successful Bartender will greet customers, learn and remember their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. To succeed as a Soho House Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable with a thirst for all things craft cocktails! Main Duties * Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar * Maintain a clean and organized section as well as collaborate with other bartenders to; wash glassware and utensils after each use, Clean up after customers and clean work area * Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings * Discuss and describe daily specials, seasonally influenced menu items and food pairing options to promote additional sales through creating optimal experience for dining * Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register * Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products as well as determine when a customer has had too much alcohol * Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays that promote specific beverage options and can increase overall sales and member / guest experience * Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner * Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies and delegate replenishment of items to Barbacks * Mix ingredients according to drink recipes to maintain a globally unified beverage program and consistent experience * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager  Required Skills/Qualifications * 2+ years’ experience working in high-volume F&B operation * Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishable items * Experience making coffee drinks a plus * Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining consistency * Strong communication and people skills * Flexible schedule and reliable * Tips certified * Micros a plus Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. * Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. * Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
