About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the teams building Wolt, Deliveroo’s and DoorDash’s global regulatory and compliance
technology in London.
What you'll be doing
You’ll work with legal, finance, engineering, and other teams to translate regulatory needs into robust product solutions. This
includes everything from anti-money laundering (AML) and safeguarding to tax and licensing compliance across 40+ markets.
You’ll define the long-term product strategy for our compliance stack. Including building internal tools, APIs, and automation for
regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and audit readiness.
You’ll lead and grow a group of senior Product Managers, guiding their work across multiple roadmaps and domains. Together, you'll
solve the most critical regulatory and financial compliance challenges in our business.
You’ll also work closely with teams like Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, and Finance to understand changing rules and
requirements, and ensure we build the right solutions to stay ahead.

Head of Value & Pricing, Strategy & Operations (12M Fixed Term, New Verticals) The Role You’ll be part of the New verticals Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, the engine responsible for driving NV Value strategy. In this role, you’ll support and lead high-impact workstreams that inform where and how we provide great value to customers in a financially sustainable way across the whole suite of levers: Item pricing, discounting, Fees, Value discovery etc. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and local markets to translate strategy into execution. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategy skills, analytical thinking, structured communication, and sound commercial judgment. What You’ll Do Strategy & Insight * Define and Shape Value strategy and independently set roadmap across markets, and value levers * Be accountable for achieving NV Value OKRs (e.g. price mark-up, item offer penetration) across key markets. * Proactively identify and size new value opportunities and design net‑new initiatives to unlock them * Support key commercial initiatives on partner onboarding, strategic promotional events Performance & Planning * Own the setting and tracking and reporting of KPIs for Value pod, own performance reviews * Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to build frameworks for performance monitoring, forecasting, opportunity sizing Execution & Delivery * Lead end to end specific workstreams or initiatives within broader cross-functional programs, such as: * Fee optimisation to drive consumer habituation with NV proposition * Rollout of the key promotional mechanics across markets * Drive GTM /adoption for specific product features Cross-functional Collaboration * Serve as a key point of contact for Value pod with Product, Marketing, Finance, and local market teams * Shape cross-functional operating models to keep work moving * Mentor junior NV S&O teammates and guide cross‑functional squads in structuring and executing value initiatives * Drive knowledge sharing and playbook development to scale high-performing ideas People management * Lead a team of 2+ people including accountability for team performance, development, and hiring Qualities We're Looking For * DECISIVE AND INFLUENTIAL: you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with suggesting quick yet calculated recommendations and communicating persuasively, even in times of ambiguity. More importantly, you must have a strong desire to galvanise action within Deliveroo. * ANALYTICAL AND COLLABORATIVE: there will be number-crunching involved, but your role will also be about working with our teams in product, commercial, marketing and finance, understanding how your insights are aligned with the direction the business is heading in. * STRUCTURED: you will be working on multiple projects and competing priorities at the same time - from helping to lead a project, to analysing a problem and communicating recommendations in a concise manner, you will need to be methodical and rigorous in your approach. Profile We are looking for someone who: * Has 6-8 years experience in consulting, strategy function; preferably with core expertise in pricing. * Has a hands-on mentality and is willing to get stuck into shaping how consumers engage with Deliveroo. * Can prioritise effectively while working on multiple projects concurrently and independently. * Is adept at conducting 80/20 analysis, drawing out business insights from that analysis and presenting findings and recommendations persuasively. Requirements Essential: * Strong problem solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solutions. * Highly analytical mindset with the ability to break down large data sets and turn them into actionable insights * Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, simple way, both written and verbally. * London-based with a minimum of three days required in the office
About the team Our in-house Global Creative team shapes our brand narrative and visual identity in the mind of our customers. We collaborate closely across our business in Global Marketing, Product, and Communications to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions and global & local campaigns. As we continue to grow and bring to life our new brand platform, we need a concept driven creative lead who can help deliver our creative direction. About the role As Creative lead you will lead project teams to develop and execute creative concepts for global integrated campaigns and major cultural and seasonal events, whilst building for production with awareness of creative process optimisation at scale. You will collaborate and lead multidisciplinary project teams of content creators; strategists, copywriters, designers, creative technologists, motion designers and artworkers. Your primary goal is to make Deliveroo a brand that customers love, and your work will play a significant role in how we present ourselves across our global markets. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract and will work under our hybrid working model - 3 days a week from our London HQ. What you'll do * Lead Development of Creative Concepts : Originate and implement creative concepts, making sure they align with the company’s brand strategy and goals. * Lead teams - Lead project teams ensuring creative excellence global & local campaign briefs and mentor and support more junior team members. * Collaborate Across Global Teams: Partner with stakeholders across various levels, departments and markets to maintain creative consistency and effectiveness. * Art Direct Creative Vision: Define the visual direction for concepts, and lead the execution across design and photography, motion and video, using AI tooling. * Align Concepts with Strategy: Work with the Head of Creative and Creative Strategist to create and refine creative concepts that support the strategies of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. * Use the latest creative technologies (including AI), to develop best-in-class creative. * Build for creative production Use the latest tools with an awareness of creative process optimisation at scale. * Lead Through Point of View: Present coherent creative rationales to stakeholders and defend them. * Lead Presentations: Present strategic ideas internally, clearly communicating your vision to enable your project teams to develop and refine their creative in response to stakeholder feedback from various levels. . Requirements * Experience as an inspiring Creative lead, either in an agency or in-house setting. * An art direction background with demonstrable art direction skills and a body of work to show for it. * Strong conceptual skill, with the ability to create and present compelling work. * Ability to integrate creative AI tools in their day-to-day creative work (Figma Weave or similar node based AI tools) * Ability to use AI tools to quickly and efficiently to problem solve and unlock solutions for production and presentation of concepts (e.g. Claude, Gemini) * Awareness of creative process optimisation at scale using up to date technologies. * Storyboarding and Art Direction experience across film/video and photography/stills is essential. * Ability to originate and nurture disruptive ideas that are both culturally relevant and commercially viable. * Highly collaborative; you thrive in a people-focused culture. * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma * Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and a resilience to change. * Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. * Equal passion for small tasks and large projects. * Ability to balance pushing creative boundaries with being flexible when needed.
