This is not a back-office coordination role. As L&D Consultant, your primary focus will be on-the-ground development of our consultants - from new graduates through to experienced hires. You’ll spend the majority of your time working directly with consultants on desk: shadowing calls, providing real-time feedback, coaching, and embedding high-performance habits. You’ll also play a key part in designing and delivering training initiatives that push consultants to the next level, both strategically (market knowledge, client management, commercial awareness) and tactically (sourcing, pitching, negotiation, execution).
