Position Overview
As an experienced Project Manager within the Professional Services department at Aiviq, you will take the lead in the oversight of
implementation projects to new and existing Aiviq clients. You will collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering
and Services teams to deliver on global implementations while ensuring a high standard in the tracking and delivery of projects on
time and on budget.

Position Overview As an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer within the Professional Services department at Aiviq, you will take a hands-on role in the execution of implementation projects to new and existing Aiviq clients. You'll collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Services teams to deliver on global implementations while ensuring technical excellence throughout multiple project lifecycles. Core Responsibilities Technical Design & Problem Solving * Receive and execute on work packages for client implementation alongside an Aiviq Project Manager. * Understand the client data sources at a business and technical level and build data connectors for ingesting that data into the Aiviq solution, * Work with the Project Manager to define appropriate product and data scope requirements for new client engagements and in defining suitable acceptance criteria. * Contribute innovative ideas to advance the Professional Services offering * Create high-quality technical documentation for client specific implementation work. * Develop deep product knowledge and work with the Aiviq Product team to implement new features as well as managing and triaging client feedback on product features. * Define and execute on suitable test criteria for ensuring successful completion of project tasks. * Conduct sophisticated data analysis to draw out potential problems in implementations or to innovate in improvement to the implementation process. * Demonstrate advanced SQL skills * Work with Engineering and QA on the reporting of, resolution and client-side testing of bugs and issues. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We’re investing in our Customer Services capability, both by building out the team and implementing the tools to be able to deliver industry leading service to our customers in a scalable and sustainable way. We are looking for a Senior Customer Services Analyst to build out our Customer Services capability. Successful candidates should be highly customer focused with strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates should also be able to support the diagnosis and resolution of complex customer data and system challenges. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Our Customer Services team provides day-to-day support and proactive data quality monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction.
