At Beam, you get to do work that matters for the world. We’re solving the world's toughest social problems with an incredible
team, tech and AI. And we’re growing fast 🚀
It’s not easy. Nothing worth doing ever is.
Join a company at the forefront of social impact, driving first-of-its-kind positive change. You’ll be part of a high-performance
culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work.
From top-tier coaching and personal development budgets to competitive salaries, we take care of everyone who works at Beam.
We’ve already seen incredible growth from our Beam Notes product, helping frontline workers save over 8 hours of admin per week.
From social workers and NHS clinicians to mental health practitioners and safeguarding specialists, nearly 100,000 frontline
workers across the UK, US and Australia are now using Beam Notes regularly to deliver faster, more human-centred support.
Your role is to be the creative eyes and hands of Beam. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything we put in front of the
world, from a sales deck to an event booth to a scroll-stopping video, looks as good as our mission deserves.
You'll be our sole in-house brand designer, which means huge variety and huge ownership from day one. One day you're designing a
booth for a conference, the next you're helping a salesperson's deck look sharp before a big pitch, the next you're learning a new
tool because a video project needs it. If you love range, and you love being the person people come to when something needs to
look brilliant, this is the role.

At Fonoa, we are transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant. We provide simple and modular API solutions that easily integrate into any existing workflow. Through our technology-first approach, we reduce manual processes, increase compliance and reduce the cost of operations when transacting and scaling internationally. We are solving one of the largest yet unsolved problems in global e-commerce. Our tax automation software enables companies such as Uber, Zoom & Booking.com to expand their international offerings more quickly and remain tax-compliant. Role Description We're looking for a world-class Brand Designer to help define and evolve Fonoa's visual identity. As Staff Brand Designer at Fonoa, you'll own how Fonoa is seen and experienced across every touchpoint as a single, unified system. Fonoa is evolving into an AI-native Tax Operating System, and the brand needs to move with it: product-led, system-structured, premium through restraint. The role spans web, product, campaigns, sales, print, and events, working closely with marketing, product, and leadership, and operating as the standard-bearer for brand quality across everything Fonoa puts into the world. This is a senior IC role on a small, high-calibre Design team at the core of the company, with hands-on craft, no people management. We're looking for exceptional taste, versatility across mediums, and the ability to hold consistency in a fast-moving environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own brand quality across every touchpoint. Audit the surfaces Fonoa lives on today, identify where the bar isn't being met, and take responsibility for raising it. * Build and maintain the brand design system. Establish the single source of truth for how Fonoa looks, and make it usable by everyone who needs it. * Produce the work. Hands-on execution across marketing, sales, product, and web - from campaign assets to event identity to the website. * Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to translate business needs into work that meets the bar - and push back constructively where it doesn't. * Shape the function. This is a founding seat on the in-house Brand Studio. You'll have real influence on how brand design operates at Fonoa as the company scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Exceptional craft. Your portfolio shows genuine mastery. Considered details, distinctive output, and a clear point of view. We can tell the difference between competent and excellent. * Versatility across mediums. Comfortable moving between digital, print, environmental, and campaign work. Motion is a strong plus. * Systems thinking. You build scalable patterns and infrastructure, not one-off assets. You can articulate how your work holds together across touchpoints. * An AI-native sensibility. You understand how modern infrastructure and AI-native companies express themselves visually, with restraint, typography-led, system-first, product as the primary brand expression. * High agency. You don't wait for briefs to be perfect. You take ownership, move fast, and hold yourself to a high bar without external pressure. * Strong stakeholder instincts. You can work cross-functionally without losing the quality bar, and challenge briefs constructively where needed. * Agency or in-house background (ideally both). Top-tier studio experience builds craft and range. In-house product company experience builds an understanding of pace, stakeholders, and systems. The strongest candidates have done both. * A portfolio that speaks for itself. Live site strongly preferred. The CV is secondary. As part of the recruitment process at Fonoa, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants. This notice explains how and why your data is collected and used, and how you can contact us if you have any concerns.
ABOUT LENDABLE Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money.
