The Opportunity
The Sales team in London are tasked with building relationships across global agency networks. We are a dynamic and driven team, passionate about adtech and delivering the very best mobile solutions to our partners and their customers. With the most powerful & unique targeting technology in the market, your mission will be to get our product in front of as many key agency decision makers and play a key role in helping the business reach our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Work autonomously to build and grow relationships with key holdco's with primary focus WPP
Maintain high-level contact and communication with senior executives within the agencies to uncover existing and new opportunities as well as needs for new products to be communicated back to Product Development
Ownership of forecasting and pipeline development

What you will bring to Ogury
5-10 years in ad-tech/agency sales
Ideally you will have worked in the agency space in a sales or account management position, with a focus on programmatic

About the Role As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact. You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning.
