Background
With the bulk of Securitas Technology post-acquisition integration activities behind us, we have taken the next step in
strengthening, modernizing and aligning the Technology operations across Europe with the launch of the Aurora Program in 2025.
Aurora is a business transformation and system platform implementation program that will provide a common system platform as well
as common best practice processes to all Technology markets. The system platform Aurora was established by taking a copy of North
Star onto a separate environment dedicated for Technology. The first phase of Aurora is the re-design of the system to better
support Technology’s current and required business needs. The European BPOs play a critical role in the re-design by being the
owner of the business requirements that shape the system blueprint. The European BPOs will work intensely with the countries to
facilitate implementation of the common processes.
