We’re now looking for a Senior Director of Fraud & Investigations to lead and evolve Trustpilot’s global fraud and investigative capabilities. What you’ll be doing: * Define and lead the fraud strategy: Develop and evolve Trustpilot’s global fraud and abuse strategy, identifying emerging threats, shaping risk frameworks, and providing meaningful insights and reporting to senior leadership. * Strengthen detection and prevention capabilities: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build and optimise scalable fraud detection systems, balancing platform protection with user experience and fairness. * Lead complex investigations and enforcement actions: Oversee high-impact investigations into organised fraud and abuse, establishing clear investigative standards and ensuring consistent, defensible enforcement decisions. * Drive operational excellence across the function: Build efficient workflows, tooling, and case management processes that improve quality, speed, scalability, and operational efficiency across investigations and enforcement activities. * Build intelligence-led capabilities: Establish proactive intelligence and monitoring capabilities to identify emerging abuse vectors, detect patterns, and strengthen Trustpilot’s ability to prevent fraud before harm occurs. * Partner across the organisation: Collaborate closely with Legal, Policy, Communications, Product, and Trust teams, translating complex fraud and platform integrity issues into clear business, operational, and reputational risks. * Represent Trustpilot externally: Act as a senior voice on platform trust and fraud prevention with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, media, and investors where appropriate. * Lead and develop a global team: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing international team of fraud specialists and investigators, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and mission-driven culture. What You'll Be Doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: * Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new team members across tax, legal and consulting functions, and ultimately guiding firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms. * Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora - sharing insights from tax structuring teams, regulatory advisory practices, and legal consulting functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a tax partner, rolling out to a global advisory team, or training legal consulting professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading professional services firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. What You Bring You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernise and scale. Either way, you know how tax and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: * Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Embedded Security Project Manager - Northern Europe Physical & Electronic Security - Global Clients Team * Location: EMEA-based, flexible (UK, Ireland) * Travel: Regular site travel required, typically every 1–2 weeks, depending on regional project demand. Purpose This role strengthens delivery capability across large‑scale data centre and critical infrastructure programmes for a major global technology customer. Operating as an embedded technical specialist, the Security Project Manager leads the on‑site coordination, technical validation, and integrated deployment of physical and electronic security systems. The role blends project delivery, engineering oversight, on‑site presence, and system verification not traditional commercial project management. You will support in‑country project managers and partner with construction, MEP, network, and global security teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and handed over to the highest standards. Major Responsibilities Technical Security Delivery * Deliver the full lifecycle of physical and electronic security elements within data centre and critical infrastructure projects. * Oversee technical installation quality, system integration accuracy, device placement, panel wiring, and alignment to global standards. * Support site surveys, verify existing conditions, and collaborate with local teams to scope and document technical requirements. On‑Site Coordination & Field Presence * Serve as the on‑site embedded security representative, collaborating closely with construction, MEP, and infrastructure teams. * Conduct regular on‑site reviews to validate installation progress, sequencing, and technical compliance. * Engage directly with integrators and contractors to resolve issues and accelerate progress.
