Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
covert talents (what we call whispering talents)

Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates. * Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach. * Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening) * Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: * Renew and update job postings via the platform. * Update the job description to attract more candidates * Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse. * You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO What we expect from you We do expect you to: * Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results * Have a UK work permit * Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you * Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments * Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself. * No experience is needed. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand. You’ll want this job if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead a team. You are someone who is thrilled to work in a fast-paced environment and wants to scale the company rapidly. Responsibilities: * Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team. * Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products. * Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations. * Execute the strategy at a rapid pace. * Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking. * Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints. * Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved. * Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.
