You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never-ending growth curve, we provide you with: * An opportunity to get operational experience in a start-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business * A chance to work closely with the CEO on our recruiting strategy * Unlimited growth potential in our company - we strongly believe in and we have a track record of promoting internally * 12-month internship with the possibility of a full-time role either in recruitment or other departments of the company.   Watch this video with our founder to learn more about our thoughts on recruiting.   Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates. * Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach. * Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening) * Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: * Renew and update job postings via the platform. * Update the job description to attract more candidates * Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse. * You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO   What we expect from you We do expect you to: * Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results * Have a UK work permit * Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you * Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments * Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.  * No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.   Start date Flexible The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.

As a MBA Graduate, you will run, grow and manage all aspects of HRtechX. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand.  You’ll want this job if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead a team. You are someone who is thrilled to work in a fast-paced environment and wants to scale the company rapidly.   Responsibilities: * Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team.  * Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products. * Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations. * Execute the strategy at a rapid pace. * Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking.  * Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints. * Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved. * Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.   What we offer you You’ll be working in person at our HQ in London (next to Sloane Square), constantly pushing you out of your comfort zone to ensure a never-ending growth curve for you and the business.
