Fresha is the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, and we’re on an exciting growth journey. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C.
You’ll own our paid search and paid social strategy, managing a growing in-house team to drive scalable, data-driven growth. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams, you’ll optimise spend, creative, and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value across key markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the CRM & Loyalty Lead / Head of CRM, you will take ownership of our CRM function from day one. You'll oversee lifecycle marketing, newsletters and loyalty campaigns across both consumer and business segments, utilizing multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Reporting directly to the founders and executive team, you'll collaborate with the Partnerships team on high-profile campaigns tied to prestigious events such as Royal Ascot and Henley Regatta. You'll also work closely with the Product team on technical integrations to enhance user experiences. Our core marketing stack features Braze as the primary platform for execution, alongside Metabase for data insights. For someone who brings strong strategic capability and proven proficiency in Braze, you may be considered for a Head of CRM appointment from the outset. Otherwise, starting at Lead level, this role offers a clear progression path, with the potential to advance into a Head of CRM position within 12-18 months, based on performance and impact. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and lead CRM strategy and execution for lifecycle, partnership, and product initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to plan and deliver campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. * Drive continuous improvement of business and channel-specific KPIs (conversions, churn, etc.), maintaining a clear optimization roadmap and documenting best practices. * Identify and integrate opportunities from product/city launches and key event moments into lifecycle programs, leveraging automation, personalization, advanced segmentation, and testing roadmaps (including A/B and multivariate experiments). * Collaborate with Analytics, Product/Growth, Partnerships, Design, and Engineering teams on email strategy, technical integrations, and product enhancements. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management. * Extensive experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable or similar. * Proven expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including experiment design, execution, and post-campaign analysis to inform optimizations. * Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to independently pull and analyze segmentation, engagement, and performance metrics. * Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting and templating languages for personalization. Purpose of the role Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the global growth of Proton VPN's affiliate program. You will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, identify new growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and develop initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue. This is a highly commercial role requiring a combination of relationship management, business development, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making. COMMERCIAL GROWTH * Deliver revenue, subscription, and profitability targets. * Develop quarterly and annual growth plans. * Analyse partner performance and optimise investments accordingly. * Identify opportunities to improve partner activation, engagement, and retention. DATA & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS * Monitor affiliate performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Produce forecasts and performance reporting for senior leadership. * Evaluate commercial investments and partnership ROI. * Track competitor activity and market developments. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Regional teams. * Support campaign planning, launches, and seasonal promotions. * Work with internal stakeholders to improve landing page performance, conversion rates, and attribution. Head of External Affairs Location: London / Hybrid Reports to: CEO (Growth area) Function: Marketing & External Affairs About Skyral Skyral is building defence-grade modelling, simulation and digital twin technology for complex, high-stakes environments. Our software helps organisations understand complexity, test decisions before they are made, and prepare for futures that are increasingly uncertain, contested and fast-moving. We work with defence, government and commercial partners to deliver technology that supports better planning, training, decision-making and operational readiness. As we scale, we are looking for a Head of External Affairs to lead the strategy, narrative and delivery of Skyral’s external presence across media, public affairs, digital channels, events, sales enablement and executive communications. The role The Head of External Affairs will be responsible for shaping how Skyral shows up externally: what we say, where we say it, who hears it, and why it matters. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You will set the communications agenda, manage agency partners, support the executive team, and ensure Skyral’s narrative is consistently sharp, credible and commercially useful. You will oversee external communications across press, public affairs, web, social, events, conferences, sales collateral and investor-facing materials. You will also work closely with business development, product, solutions architects and the executive team to ensure Skyral is positioned effectively with customers, partners, investors, government and the wider market. Key responsibilities Communications, PR and media You will lead Skyral’s communications strategy and external narrative, ensuring the business has a clear, differentiated and compelling position in the market. Experience briefing senior executives for external engagements, interviews, speeches or stakeholder meetings. A strong understanding of public affairs, government engagement and policy audiences. Experience managing events, conferences or senior stakeholder engagements. The ability to translate complex technology into clear, commercially relevant messaging. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace. Confidence working with senior internal stakeholders, including executives, business development teams, product teams and technical experts. A high bar for quality, detail and consistency. Experience in defence, national security, government, emerging technology, AI, simulation, digital twins or enterprise software would be highly advantageous.
