Marketing Analytics is becoming an increasingly important capability within the business, and this role will play a key part in shaping what that function looks like over the coming years.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the team's evolution. You'll help shape how Marketing, CRM and Growth teams use analytics to make better decisions about customer acquisition, engagement, experimentation and marketing investment, while leading a growing team and influencing decisions that directly impact business growth.
Rather than inheriting a fully mature function, you'll help build capability, improve ways of working and establish Marketing Analytics as a strategic capability that informs growth strategy, customer value and investment decisions across the business.
HEAD OF MARKETING | B2B ENTERPRISE TECH THE MISSION: FROM FOUNDATION TO ACCELERATION We aren't looking for a "visionary" who only stays at 30,000 feet. We are looking for a Growth Architect. As our Head of Marketing, you will be the bridge between brand narrative and hard revenue. You’ve done this before in the "messy middle" of a company’s growth—scaling from a solid product-market fit to a dominant market position. You will lead a lean team and a network of elite partners to build a world-class demand generation engine, sharpen our enterprise positioning, and own the ROI of every dollar spent. YOUR DNA * The "Doer" Mentality: You possess the strategic depth of a Head of Marketing but the tactical agility of a Head of Growth. You aren't afraid to dive into the CMS, tweak a campaign, or ghostwrite a thought-leadership piece when the stakes are high. * B2B Enterprise Native: You understand the complexity of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making. You know how to market to the C-Suite of global enterprises. * Analytical Rigor: You live in the data. You don't just report on "leads"; you optimize for pipeline velocity, CAC/LTV ratios, and multi-touch attribution. * Manager & Orchestrator: You know how to hire "A-Players" and, more importantly, how to get the best out of specialized agencies (PR, Media, Content) to stay agile without the overhead. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Growth & Lead Gen: Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy. You will own the lead-to-opportunity conversion and partner closely with Sales to ensure a seamless revenue engine. * Brand & Positioning: Storytelling & Global Governance * Narrative Strategy: Refine and elevate our story. In a crowded tech landscape, you will ensure our brand is synonymous with high-tier innovation and enterprise-grade reliability. * Brand Identity & Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive global brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual and verbal identity across all business units. * Ecosystem Alignment: Drive strict brand compliance across our partner ecosystem, ensuring all co-marketing initiatives and external collaborations reinforce our premium market position. * Executive Influence (Awareness): Build and execute high-touch strategies to increase brand salience among VP-level and Business Unit leaders, positioning Illuin as the gold standard for departmental decision-makers. * Omnichannel Execution: Lead the charge across digital performance, high-touch field events, content strategy, and PR. * Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the marketing budget with a venture-scale mindset—optimizing for efficiency while knowing when to "bet big" on high-impact channels. * Ecosystem Management: Pilot our network of external partners, ensuring our creative, content, and media agencies deliver at a world-class level. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Experience: 10–15 years in B2B Tech Marketing, specifically within the Enterprise software space. * Track Record: You have been a Head of Marekting or a high-performing "Number 2" (VP/Head of) in a startup/scale-up of under 250 employees. You know how to build when the playbook isn't yet written. * The "Full Stack" Marketer: Proven success stories in Growth Marketing and Lead Generation. You can demonstrate how your initiatives directly impacted ARR. * AI Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in mastering Artificial Intelligence tools (GenAI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation) to streamline marketing workflows, boost team productivity, and personalize customer experiences at scale. * Analytical Skills: Expert-level understanding of marketing analytics and ROI across all channels. * Leadership: Experience managing internal teams and external providers. You are a talent magnet. * Languages: Native-level fluency in English (our internal and primary market language). WHY JOIN US? * Direct Impact: You aren't a cog in a machine. You are the architect of our market presence. * High Autonomy: We hire experts and stay out of their way. You own the strategy and the execution. * Scale-Up Velocity: We are at the inflection point where your work will define our category leadership. THE SELECTION PROCESS 1. Initial Screen: A 30-minute intro call to align on expectations. 2. Deep Dive: A technical interview focusing on your "Growth Playbook" and past success stories. 3. Strategy Case Study: A hands-on exercise (we value your time; this will be focused on real-world application). 4. Cultural Fit: Meet the founders and the leadership team.
As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the full marketing intelligence cycle across all 14 of our markets, from reliable web tracking and clean data collection to decision-driven dashboards, incrementality measurement, and the steering logic our growth teams rely on. What You'll Bring - 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, or Growth Analytics, ideally within D2C e-commerce, with hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, e-commerce data layers, pixels, server-side tracking, UTMs, and conversion APIs. - High proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses and multiple marketing, CRM, and e-commerce data sources. - Solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, and payback. - A strong statistical mindset with practical experience designing A/B tests, geo-lift tests, holdout tests, or conversion lift studies, and the communication skills to turn analytical topics into clear guidance for marketing and leadership. - Bonus: experience with AI-assisted analytics, API connectors, automated reporting, or marketing data infrastructure.
